"We booked this hotel due to its location. Property was close to almost everything, it's right in the middle of downtown and is walking distance to all spots a tourist would want to go see in Nassau. We saw Junkanoo festival, went back to room once we were done watching with no hassle. One thing to note is it will get very loud on the holidays because you are in downtown. Loud music and city life woke us up between 5am-6am. Great stay overall. "

"Great water park included, beautiful jazz club, newly renovated room in the west tower, great maid service for our room, nice beaches and vibe. But overall service at the resort is perfunctory at best and in no way indicative of the five star room rates, but I think that’s also just a Bahamas thing. On site restaurants are hard to book, so plan ahead. Food was hit or miss. Leola and Marcus were great. Sugar Factory and Regatta Buffett were very mediocre but just as expensive."

"I got to the hotel gave them my name and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me I waited at the desk for over an hour I got upset and left. I returned back after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations and the manager then stated that they had a late check out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. I was then told that they could only accommodate me with one night stay when I booked for two nights. The next morning as I was checking out the manager said she had a smaller room that could accommodate my next night to my surprise when I got in the room it was like staying in a cupboard there was no privacy for a second guest to use the rest room as it was all in one this is unacceptable. "
