"The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that kept it from being a 5-star experience for us.
The bathroom was quite small, which wasn’t a major problem but was noticeable. The biggest issue occurred during our honeymoon stay. On our second night, a large wedding reception was being held on the same floor, directly next to our room. By 10:30 PM, the music was so loud that our bed was literally shaking from the bass.

"The staff was AMAZING. No what time of day you stopped or called the desk they were friendly and attentive. Bent over backwards to i sure you had a great experience.

"Pool water was not clean.
They didn't setup the towel on the chairs for us.
Not enough of space in adult pool area.
Pool deck is very slippery and hot as it uses ceramic tiles instead of travertine.
Many hidden fees.
Room service was great."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect and very convenient for visiting the area. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the amenities were outstanding. The pool, restaurants, and bars were all excellent and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again."
