"Room was clean. No table for working on laptop. Not much of a view as the balcony was overlooking the carpark area. Lots of coaches at the carpark. Staff was able to speak English and some Mandarin. Did not try the breakfast though. Gym NEEDS a dumbbell rack. Please upgrade the gym with a dumbbell rack."

"The reason i picked this hotel, i stayed there 8yrs ago its close to the airport, when i arrived this time there was broken down cars in the carpark, all the facia on the roof was hanging off and swinging about in the wind, the gardens were all overgrown the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned since probably the last time i was there 8yrs ago, the rooms where filthy and it was the same decor 8yrs ago, the bedsheets where all stained and smelt mouldy. I checked out early and stayed in the airport."

"From start to finish my stay was incredible. The staff were so kind and helpful. My suite from the view of the city to the layout of the room was absolutely gorgeous. They included birthday decorations to my surprise. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeper tidied my things really neatly while I was away. The only bad thing I have to say is that I couldn’t stay forever. I’d recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxury experience."
