"The Atlantis is a nice hotel, large property but it is not very modern. The rooms lack nice touches like robes, and toiletries (they have basic). They charge you for every little thing. The hotel staff and waiters aren't very friendly. You still have mandatory gratuity even though service is mostly terrible. I wouldn't go back."

"Super clean - all places - common areas, individual rooms, outside patio and pool area! I witnessed the cleaning crew wiping off the elevators, glass doors, even the light fixtures on a daily basis! Room-wise - white crispy sheets and towels, pristine bathrooms. The food was great - great variety and multiple stations - Bahamian style, Mexican, Asian, Vegetarian, typical American. "This property is in serious need of updating. The food was terrible, and the hallways and rooms had a very strong, musty smell. Having only one restaurant and one bar open per day is completely unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. We were also shocked to be charged $10 for a bottle of water and having to pay for ice cream when staying at an all-inclusive. That should absolutely be included. The entertainment was practically nonexistent. We ended up having to go over to Baha Mar just to find...

"The premium room was a good size for a family of four. The Coral was nice overall - much less overwhelming than the Royal We booked the Coral because we really wanted a full balcony - would have been worth it to upgrade to a better view. The terrace had an obstructed view so you basically saw part of the building and a little marina."

"This hotel is such disappointment, it has great potential but they have forgotten about maintenance. Everything in this hotel looks like it needs maintenance desperately. So sad because it could be a beautiful place but I guess they get the income they need and don’t care to improve anything. Everything is so rundown, pools are disgusting, rotten and dirty. Every little chair and lounge chair looks like it’s going to break down when you sit. The hallways with carpet smell putrid, just horrible...
