"The Coral is tired. We had them switch our rooms initially because our balcony looked down upon what we coined the floor of despair. It seemed to be an unoccupied area that was in dire need of Cleaning. Once we switched rooms, our view was incredible. However, every night we would have to call downstairs to have assistance shutting the sliding glass door. "O the first day of my conference the elevators stopped. The stress and long walks exacerbated the asthma. Otherwise we had a liovely stay"

"This hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately from check in through all restaurants and activities we found the staff generally unhappy and difficult. Check in line was extremely long and staff were standing around joking while only one or two people worked. One of the check in women was extremely nice, but the rest were not Many times we tried to engage staff we were met with disinterest and in some cases, minor hostility. I was surprised given the level the hotel holds itself out to be....

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."
