"We chose the Royal Atlantis because of the reviews and proximity to things we wanted to do. Upgraded to an ocean view as well. I was a little disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were and shocked the tub had large amounts of paint chipped off of it from previous repainting job. We ordered room service a few times. They were always out of towels for the beach/pool which made it frustrating. I would walk to multiple huts and they all would be out. The longest time to restock was over 2 hours. "Had a great time with my family, excellent location for family with children's we enjoyed all the pools and water activities. We wished to have more access to outside resort and experience more the local culture. Overall it is a beautiful resort with a lots to do. Our room had a balcony with views of the resort and the ocean. Hotel staff was nice but seems a bit burnt out."
