"I had a room that is nothing related to the picture I choose. Very dissapointed."

"Nice good breakfast"

"The place was lovely, we enjoyed the balcony."

"This is a good basic clean hotel, it is a little out of the way but there are nearby trams that take you into the centre. It’s a 30-40 minute walk from the main train station or you can get the number 18 tram. I feel that the kitchen in the pictures is misleading, there is a hob but no utensils to cook with. I stayed in a single room and there were just 2 small side plates, 1 glass, 1 cup and minimal cutlery. The pictures show a coffee machine but there wasn’t one. I was only staying for 2...

"Parking is not on the property. You will have to park 5 minutes of walking away which is not bad, unless you have lots of luggage. AC unit doesn’t seem to work. Overall, the location is not bad."

"Lovely hotel, great location, and exceptional service"

"Spacious comfortable room, excellent staff and well connected to public transport"

"The two best things about this hotel: the staff and the airport shuttle. Staff was professional, polite and incredibly helpful. Yanielle was wonderful at the front desk. She helped me check in early (a nice touch by the responsive hotel staff, who sent an email to me quickly when I asked if I could get an early check-in). The airport shuttle was excellent and always on time. Very convenient! The room was a little small but comfortable."

"I am staying in many hotels, but this one is really outstanding so many small details from really good and big towels to free sweets and very, very kind and helpful personnel."

"Super 👌"

"One front desk clerk was excellent and she made up for the others. Did not like musty smell of the room and the breakfast buffet was not very good. Liked the location and the bar service."

"Great location near the train station. Nice service and good value for money."

"Near the center of everything in walking distance, esp train station and tourist attractions. Service staffs are attentive and helpful 👍❤️"
