"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

"I thought the facility & pools & activities available was top notch, only two problems I had which were the toilet paper was in a terrible location and fell off every time I used the bathroom and it was far to walk to everything for me because I am semi disabled and walking far distances is tough for me, I did it but It was lucky I had my teenagers to run back to the room, but it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and would recommend staying there if going to the Grand Canyon...

"First stay at a Residence Inn. We were very pleased. The accommodations and the property amenities were all great. They were cozy and high quality. Complimentary breakfast was very good. "Beautiful boutique hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if we’re back in Sedona. Very accommodating and we appreciate the owner coming outside when we arrived to make sure that we were able to park our utility trailer. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Sedona. "
