Fantastic location just a block away from the main plaza. Staff was so incredibly helpful - packing breakfasts if our tour left before 6:30am, storing our luggage during our trek, ordering a tax service for airport pickup and drop off, and more. Highly recommend!

The staff was lovely, from the front desk attendant, to the owners, Manuel and Liliana. They were always smiling, helpful, and offering to go out of their way to make our stay great. The space was quiet, clean, and tucked away from the main street, providing some quiet from all of the festivities happening just down the road.

Ideal location, Modern room, facilities and bathroom Comfortable beds Good wifi Fresh cooked eggs for breakfast Does not have “smart” tvs to change audio to English, however they did offer me netflicks access but didn’t spend much time in room to worry about. Would look to stay here again if returning to Cusco.

Jorge and the rest of the staff at MOAF were beyond helpful and always so friendly. The tour guides they connected us with were also friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas & numerous sites around the city. The room was clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Cusco.

There was dirt on the bed, the receptionists do not speak English. They did not even have hair conditioner. The Netflix in the room wasn’t working I had to ask twice before somebody could come and try to fix it, and they still couldn’t make it work. Everything about this place is just sub par. For $10 more, you can stay in nice hotel with working equipments & furniture in San Blas.

MOAF was very close to the Plaza de Armas, which made it very easy to navigate to. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so we had some difficulty finding it the first night, but the hotel was truly lovely. My only advice would be to include directions in any reservation confirmation, especially for guests who are arriving at night. The staff at the hotel were all very accommodating. I had my passport stolen, and Jorge helped me to file the police report and print out all the documents I needed to go to the consulate and get a new one. Furthermore, our flight back to Lima was very early, and Jorge helped us arrange breakfast at 5:30am so that we had something to eat before we left. We were traveling as a group of four, so we reserved the Family Room. From the windows of the room, which is on the top floor, we had a fantastic panoramic view of the entire city of Cusco. If we ever return to Cusco, we will definitely stay here again!

Really helpful staff, If you have any questions they help you out. Our view was the top floor and the view is amazing. No elevators used so you have to use the stairs, we got used to using the stairs. Everything was great here.

We stayed at the top suite for two nights and did not regret our choice. It's a budget B&B place so don't expect hotel quality for bed sheets, toiletry items, and breakfast. The location is excellent, close to everything. Top suite offers a great valley view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Communication was a breeze. They arranged taxi services for us and drivers were reliable. Hot water was provided in our room every night. Special thanks to Trillce!

I enjoyed the location of the Hotel, staff and their professionalism. They staff made every accommodation to help with providing a place to shower after had went mountain biking and checked out of the Hotel. Exceptional service! Would definitely return.

쿠스코에 강력 추천 숙소

아르마스 광장에서 가깝고 조용했습니다. 단지 찾기가 쉬운 위치는 아니지만 구글맵을 통해서 찾아가면 어려움이 없습니다. JW메리어트 바로 옆입니다. 호텔에 이야기하니 사람이 픽업을 보내주었습니다. 숙소는 기대보다 더 깨끗하고 아담하고 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 꼭 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다 특히 직원들의 친절은 인상 깊었습니다. 단 하나, 숙소가 조금 추웠습니다. 히터 작은 것을 주는데 부족한 느낌. 그것 말고는 완벽한 호텔입니다.
