Ich habe es geschafft nach zwei Wochen mein Geld für eine nicht erhaltene Hotelzimmer Leistung zurückzubekommen und das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen tut mir leid

Room was double booked so not available when we arrived at 4 pm. Owner was contacted and said it was a mistake made by hotel.com. Owner assumed us he’d refund us in full. Very disappointing.
