Thankfully it was only us staying there I believe I couldn’t imagine if all 4 of them were occupied and we all had vehicles because the parking area wasn’t great. Other than that I loved that it was quiet and clean!

Great place

This stay was the best ! Love this place . Short walk to the beach. They had chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to take it all to the beach. This place is pet friendly. Great experience. Will definitely be back

Five-Star Stay at Coco Sands Studios!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent stay at Coco Sands Studios. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as pictured—if not better. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and clearly maintained with care. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtfully stocked essentials. The location was perfect, quiet enough to truly relax. It felt like a little oasis. It's clear they take great pride in making their guests feel welcome. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home, Coco Sands Studios is a hidden gem. I’d happily return and recommend it without hesitation.

Great attention was given to decorating this studio. Sadly, I was there for work and couldn’t enjoy all the beach amenities included, but if someone is coming for a beach trip, this is a great choice.

Very nice. I would stay here again. Everything was clean. I do wish the a/c did not revert back to 77 degrees every few hours. It's on some sort of program I guess. I did not get too much into figuring it out, as we were only there few days.

A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Very clean and welcoming studio, beach is literally across the street, grill out front of each unit, laundry room available, kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook. Highly recommend and for sure will be booking again soon.

The property was impeccably clean, and it was evident that great care had taken been taken to make it as nice as possible. The same care was also shown to me as a renter. I had to change a few things with my itinerary, and Lynnessa couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly. The studio is also nicely situated, just off the main highway, which is not noisy, and also a two minute walk to the beach, which I loved! I HIGHLY recommend!

We enjoyed Coco Sands very much. It was our second time staying. It's very close to the beach and pefect size for a couple's getaway. The parking was a little tight as we drive a truck and felt that we may have been blocking the car in spot 4, but it seemed to work out. Great place to stay if you want brach time!

We were pleasantly surprised. Cute and cozy. Walking distance to beach. Kitchen was well equipped if needing to cook. Bathroom clean, shower hot, nice touch having soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser. Nice that it was dog friendly. (We did not have a dog there) Easy check in and out via online. Mattress not the most comfy , couch could use a cleaning but comfortable Would definitely stay again.
