"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"

"Nice hotel in Artesia. A little bit of a glitch, we had reserved a handicapped accessible room with two beds (I was traveling with my 95 year old mother) and a roll in shower, but someone else had checked into that room several days earlier and never checked out. Guess they were hurting. They then asked if we'd take a handicapped accessible room with a tub, which we did as we were only staying one night. Decent continental breakfast in the a.m. Quiet. Nice hosts at check in. "

- Hotel condition was good. Some minor wear and tear seen throughout the property.
- Room was clean. Checked for bed bugs. Be glad to know they got no bugs. Had a small stain in the bathtub though.
