Great for both humans and dogs

Really great as a dog friendly hotel! Nice and clean and lovely staff. Both us humans and our dog was well looked after. The breakfast buffet could be a bit better with more options. But other than that we had a great stay!

A few tweaks and this would be a luxury stay

Hotel is fantastic and we have stayed there a few times. On this occasion the experience fell short. A few things would have made it a perfect stay. - a clean bathroom, there were hairs everywhere - a bottle warmer or free babyccinos/warm milk for babies - all day food, our baby eats at 5.30pm so we werent able to eat at the hotel. A children menu (with healthy options, reduced salt and sugar) would also be welcome - greater choice for breakfast, only cereal and croissants, would be nice to see some warm options too (none offered) -We stayed in a suite, which really is just a bigger room, no lounge area seperate from bed area, no mini bar.

I found the hotel very average. All night I could hear the pipes for the under floor heating coming on and off like water running. Breakfast was cold and could hear others complaining that it wasn’t cooked properly. Did the job but very average.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Service was mainly good tho front desk was a bit sloppy and casual. Breakfast was disappointing with limited choice of eggs and cold bacon and sausages. One poor guest had eaten his toast and never did get his poached eggs!.

sad to give a review like this

Sadly, Where we got engaged some 20 years ago, the standards had dwindled somewhat in the food at Graffiti to cleanliness The restaurant chairs were grimy . furniture in the room had chipped, missing lightbulbs. My in room coffee cup was missing a handle on the first day, the second day, the same cup had been washed and returned for use again- (?). Hopefully the hotel can use this as a positive

The hotel is fine. Reasonable quality rooms and comfortable beds. Only note of discord: £10 fee for parking. Never been charged by a semi/rural hotel before. Disappointing.
