Clean convenient location. Room is at street level with some noise and streetlight issues at night. Apartment could use large drapes since current drapes allow good deal of light in even when fully extended.

Unprofessional local team

As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. Wonderful Italy is a large rental agency that manages properties throughout the country: when contacted by phone they were very courteous and apologetic, and promptly reimbursed the entire amount of the stay (it had been paid in advance). But the people on the ground in Bologna taking care of this particular property were total amateurs.
