**Good location, but a surprising shower problem**
The apartment was in a great location, near a famous restaurant and nightlife area in the city center. The price was also reasonable, so I thought it was a good choice.
However, on the day of my arrival, the owner contacted me and said there was a problem with my room. They asked me to move to another apartment, and I agreed.
When I arrived, I was surprised. The shower controls were broken, and some handles were missing. There was a pair of pliers next to the shower.
I later found that I had to use the pliers to pull a small part to change the water from the tap to the shower. It took me some time to figure out how to do this.
I sent the owner a photo and asked what the pliers were for. The owner simply told me to use them to switch to the shower. There was no apology.
Maybe this is normal for this property. I don't know. I suggest reading other guests' reviews before deciding whether to stay here.
On the positive side, the owner always replied to my messages very quickly. Communication was fast and good. I appreciated that.
