The property is what you would expect from an American resort. The only thing I would change is Americanize the swimming pool. (increase the temperature of the water and add some kiddo features like a slide and a kiddy pool). I would also like to see an American chef in the kitchen. American hamburgers don't have raw eggs but do have mustard and mayo. But after years of living in China this place with seem like heaven when compared to a Chinese hotel.

Good Hotel

The service is very good and all staffs are very friendly. I can't find any other international brand in this area so I choose to stay here when I visit Xuzhou. However, I am satisfied with my choice.

Probably good for the area

This hotel is in a good area, next to a large park. I was told it is the best option for that city. It was not up to 5 star standards by any means. The beds were pretty hard and made it hard to sleep well. But the A/C actually worked which is more then I can say for many hotels in China. The place was not well maintained in some areas. But overall I'm sure for the area its good. This place is deep in China semi-rural area. I was literally the only American there so take this review from that perspective.

飯店不在市區是位於外圍郊區的渡假飯店, 飯店外圍很有渡假風樹木林立很舒服, 房間很大床也舒服, 浴室也大. 整體都很舒服.

Great service and well kept grounds

Overall a very pleasant stay. The area and nearby park is well kept, but not enough shopping or eateries around. Hotel restaurant is very expensive. Nearest shopping and food place is located at Wanda Plaza which cost around 15rmb.

O hotel possui falta de pessoas que consigam se comunicar em inglês, sendo um desafio fazer o check in, ou fazer ordem no restaurante. O restaurante do hotel também fica devendo na qualidade. Apesar de ser um hotel bonito em uma área muito especial de frente ao lago, não agrada.

Average weekend

Arrived late first evening and been checked in a room with plywood bed...then discovered next morning they only had a few of them in the whole hotel, so got an upgrade to a suite for the following night. Great lake around but that's it. Thai restaurant had low stock and none of the 3 first meals we wanted to order. Great breakfast buffet, but ends at 10 sunday morning...
