An oasis in a storm!

This was a rush booking, as we had to get out of a lock-down area before midnight. We arrived late, and the owner had left the light on & key in the door for us. The room was a great surprise. There had been renovations done, and it was very comfortable & roomy. Great bathroom. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Good value for money. WiIl definitely come back to look around the area.

It deoends what you are h asppy with. The bathroom in particular was in desperate need of an uograde, tv had no reception..v fuzzy, chipped benches etc, j uyst not pleasant.

The bathrooms had been rennovated recently and were very clean. The shower was very roomy. I had a connected room. The family staying in Room 16 were not sensitive to that and noisey. While the motel owners cannot control that. I did notice a lot of rooms were empty. Perhaps the bookings could have been spread out.

Hotel and staff were excellent, however they didn’t have our booking that I booked through Expedia so not sure what happened there. Fortunately there were enough rooms and I would recommend this hotel! Clean, friendly staff and walking distance to pubs and shops.

The motel's proximity to the town centre was great. The room was spacious with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, toaster. The breakfast provided was excellent. However the internal sliding doors were extremely noisy when being opened or closed and to our personal taste we found the bed to be very hard making sleep difficult.

The property was clean, tidy a bit tired but it is old. The staff were great and the cooked breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking. It is important to support places like this or they will all disappear and that would be a loss to us all.

The facilities were clean, with iron, hair dryer, toaster etc. The staff were friendly and personable. Wycheproof has a grain train that travels through the main centre on occasion early about 6am or late evening. Good place to stop over if you're on the silo tour.

We only stayed one night but staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and well equipped - even had a microwave and crockery and utensils which we weren't expecting. Nice and quiet. Would stay there again.
