"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Gated underground parking was very nice, it is first come first served. TV in room didn't work. Breakfast options included cereal, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, tea, coffee, juices. Fitness center was spacious but minimally equipped - treadmill, elliptical, dumbells to 30 lbs. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and people were openly using drugs...
"My stay here was amaizing I had my 2 teenage kids with me and plenty of room for them as well beautiful yard swings and other kids toy to play on in the yard there gazebo area with table just so nice there for out door activities
I will definitely go back "

"The rooms are nicely updated within an older building. Breakfast was decent, bed was comfy, everything was very clean and well stocked in the room. Staff were very friendly. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. I would stay here again if I were to return to London."
"Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay."
