LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL

The drain in the shower blocked, which cause extensive flooding in the bathroom and into a bedroom. When we reported the incident, the receptionist immediately blamed us for "turning the water on too hard" and proceeded to lecture us. Eventually the drain was looked at and seen to be totally clogged. There there was no apology for her curt retort - and she acted as if such conduct is normal and acceptable. I'll definitely take my customers elsewhere

took 10 minutes to get into room, bugs bugs in and around door, no coffee cups, no soap. The last two items are compulsory. Rang the manager after we had left, she was not apologetic, just wanted to know about the road conditions. Not good !!!!

Cabin with kitchen

Comfortable clean some aging of cabin. Cooking facilities etc all fine. Cabin set back from main road, no road noise. Staff friendly and helpful.

My First disappointment was reception. Not so friendly greeting, and I booked this place for the ''FREE WIFI'' … FYI everyone, its 100MB, just enough to check the email. The Cabin was just ok.... the tree scratched the roof all night, there was an ant problem that I didn't notice, but ended up with ants in my baggage, the couch was very dusty and looked like it hadn't had a good vacuuming in years!! Sorry, but I will not be back.

Warwick excellence

Only one night stay. Stayed in a very clean cabin. BBQ just behind cabin. The owners even gave me money to use,however ended up using the BBQ in the camp kitchen. I would recommend this caravan park.

Lovely quiet and relaxed

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Upon arrival you were welcomed warmly and we enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the noise of the cows 🐮 🐮 brought me back to my childhood 😍😍 Highly recommend 😃😃😃
