Ett rent hotell i utkanten av Wien

Trots att hotellet ligger i utkanten av Wien, finns det bra kommunikationsmöjligheter till centrum. Städning är mycket bra. Personal är OK. Vi var en familj 3 personer i ett rum. Set fanns en extra säng som var mycket obekväm.

Good people, bad hotel

The people of reception were good, the hotel room had no fan or climate control, which would be ok if you could have the window open. But out side the trains came by at least every hour and very loud.I would not recommend it.

Wir wollten ein Hotel ein wenig vom Zentrum weg, wegen unserer kleinen Tochter (1J). Die Lage war super. Der Park nebenan wunderschön. Die Reise ins Zentrum wäre eigentlich nicht so weit aber da in dieser Zeit an der U-Bahn gebaut wurde waren wir 45 Min unterwegs. Ab 2017 ist das Hotel dann einen Katzensprung vom Zentrum weg. Das Personal super Freundlich. Auch wenn die Zimmer ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich haben stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (230 Fr. für 3 Nächte mir Frühstück und den Flug Zürich-Wien retour) Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer das gleiche aber es war gut.

Clean, Peaceful, Overall Very Happy

Very nice hotel and clean. Good breakfast included. Internet access downstairs. Refridgerator in room. Located at the end stop of bus route 67. Easy to get to Line U1 - Reumannplatz. Surrounded by parks and gardens - very peaceful. Stayed for about 1.5 months. (Fitness center/spa is separate with separate costs)

Sehr gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist o.k. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig. Das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Gut und ok - aber zu weit außerhalb Wiens

Unser Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok! Sauber. Geräumig. Zustand ok. Sehr freundliches Personal. 24 h. Ordentliches Frühstück. Für den Durchschnittsreisenden durchaus eine gute Durchschnittsunterkunft. ABER: Von außen ein hässliches Hochhaus nahezu auf freiem Feld wirklich ohne jeglichen "Romantikfaktor" und vorallem eine ganz, ganz schlechte Lage. Zwar hält eine Strassenbahn direkt vor der Tür, aber mit Umsteigen in die U-Bahn (Nahverkehrssystem in Wien ist super!!) dauert die einfache Fahrt nach Wien/Zentrum doch ca. 35-40 min. Wenn man also den Tag über "mal ins Hotel will" hat man eine ziemlich leidige Fahrerrei. Vorteil: Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der neuen großen Thermenlandschaft in Wien. Wer dort hauptsächlich kuren will, für den ist das Hotel ideal. Taxi Flughafen-Hotel ca. Euro 35. Fazit: Falls wir nochmal nach Wien fahren, werden wir aus praktischen Gründen ein Hotel deutlich näher dem Zentrum wählen. Das ist keine Kritik am durchaus passablen Hotel - aber am Standort können die Betreiber eben schlecht was ändern.

Mangelnde Qualitaet zu hohen Preisen

Das Hotel entspricht dem Standard nach einer Jugendherberge. Leider trifft das auch auf den Service und die Einstellung des Servicepersonals, das Frühstücksbuffet, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und weitere Servicedienstleistungen zu. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zum Flughafen, die Innenstadt ist entweder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Als äußerst störend erweist sich die in unmittelbarr Nähe vorbeiführende Bahnstrecke. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht.

Great for Spa and running enthusiast

Great location, near Therme Vienna with nice parks around. Excellent for business travelers they still have some hours for sport activities. Thanks the Therme Vienna also nice for Family stay. Definitelly use it next time we travel through Vienna or for a short stay in the City while shopping or sightseeing.

Ubicacion magnifica, atencion exelente, tienes una final de tranvia a sesente metros del hotel loque te permite olvidarte del coche, y moverte con mucha soltura, por cierto el parkig del hotel es gratis y amplisimo

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von ca. 200 Personen vor Ort. Meistens ging nur 1 von 3 Liften. Im 7. Stock, nur wenig Wasser oder gar keines. Treppenhaus schmutzig und schlecht angeschrieben. Hotelzimmer und Armaturen alt. Zimmer waren nicht oder schlecht klimatisiert. Personal war freundlich. Morgenbuffet war ok.

Ok if there's nowhere else

It is quite cheap and quite nasty. Room ok but not that clean - my partner wouldn't use the shower! Breakfast ok but awful coffee which Russian guests avoided by drinking whisky instead! Very strange receptionist wanted to see vouchers and all sorts. Won't be going back!

Nice clean hotel in Vienna. Overall a good experience. Bit far from city center though, but okay if you have a car. Public transport right beside the hotel which will eventually get you to the city. Seems to be popular with bus tour groups.

Might be 20 bux cheaper but dont be a scrooge

Hoping to minimize my dollar disadvantage I stayed here. It is close to the train station so that is good but otherwise it is a high volume tourist hotel, mostly coach tourists. The hotel was in a very very poor shape and although I read this through trip-advisor I decided to go here anyway. Big Mistake... Pre-used liquid soap in the bathroom. When you turn on the shower and someone flushes upstairs scalding heat and frigid waters fluctuate. Bedding was barely clean and it might've been in my head but I keep scratching my body two days after. Elevators are stinky and take hours to come. Plus they make weird noises while going up and down ... creaking and moaning. Breakfast was tolerable. No WiFi except for in the lobby. Basically, a sub-average stay. Spend 30 euros more and stay in the city at a nicer place.

Trambahn vor der Tür alle 3-6

Trambahn vor der Tür alle 3-6 Min. Richtung Innenstadt. 30 Min. mit Umstieg in U-Bahn bis Stephansplatz. Therme direkt neben dem Hotel. Ansonsten dort tote Hose. Dank Schallschutzfenstern hört man nichts von den vorbeifahrenden Güterzügen. Frühstück nicht üppig, aber dem Preis (63 € für 3 Bett-Zimmer) angemessen. Hotel gut 30 Jahre alt und vor 10 Jahren renoviert. ÖNV sehr gut ausgebaut und günstig . Kinder fahren am Wochenende umsonst mit.

Waren zum dritten Mal dort. Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt an der Endstation, Therme Wien gleich nebenan und großer kostenloser Parkplatz für PKW. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Frühstück stark verbessert! Dafür muss man über ein paar kleine Unzulänglichkeiten (Zimmer sehr stark abgewohnt, Dusche kaum bis nicht regulierbar) hinwegsehen. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Stadtbesichtigung IDEAL!.

Optimales Preis-Leistungsverhä

Optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur City (Tram 67, Metro 1), freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service (z.B. kostenloser Punsch), direkt neben dem neuen Wellness-/Thermalbad Wien Oberlaa gelegen, außen abgenutzt, innen o.k. gutes Frühstück (besser später, da fast nur Bustouristen z.B. aus Japan, kommen spät und gehen früh), besser als 3 Sterne, haben schon in schlechteren 4-Sterne gewohnt.
