優點 - 安靜。 - 有小廚房、洗衣機、電暖爐。 - 環境基本上是乾淨的。 - 窗外景色不錯，可以看到石門水庫近景。 - 沙發很舒服。 缺點 - 早餐是一個三明治和一杯中杯豆漿，說要七點送到結果八點才來。 - 連住兩天，但隔天沒有打掃。和房東約好鑰匙放門口代表需要打掃，結果晚上回來還是沒幫忙打掃 - 和照片差太多，實際上很舊設備。 - 連不上 wifi，真的很需要 wifi，因為這裡手機 4G 收訊不好，最快只有 1.96 MB - 床太硬，硬到睡不好，只好睡沙發。 - 窗戶關不起來，晚上睡覺超冷的。不過還好有附電暖爐可以擋一擋。 - 浴室熱水開關標記不清，熱水有另外的開關，導致一開始洗到冷水澡。 - 晚上有陌生人人敲門，但又不說發生什麼事情，很奇怪。
