No hot water. Even though it was cheap to stay I would say no hot water was a deal breaker. No offer for compensation. Was not fixed.

金曜日の夜、宿泊しました。 石鹸と、シャンプーをもらいに翌朝カウンターに行くと、 土日は、人がいない！！！！ 買い物に歩いて行くには30分片道かかる！！ 安いホテルを探したのにタクシー使ったら意味が無い！！ 月曜日、疲れ果て14時に、目覚めると、 既に掃除は、終わり、 勝手にビールを処分させられていた！！！！ カウンターに掛け合うと、 「明日！火曜日は、やる！」 と言う。。 このホテルは、月曜、水曜、金曜しか掃除をしない！！ ウソをつかれた！！ その日渡されたタオルは、 長い髪の毛が付いていて 黄色い染みが付いていて、 コレが普通なのか？ というと、 綺麗なタオルをくれた。 水曜、 念願の部屋を掃除してもらったら、 普通にゴミが落ちている。。 往復一時間の買い物の帰りもあって、 怒り爆発！！！ 怒った私に、 "警察"を呼ばれ、 (なにもしないで帰っていった) 全額、返金するから 「夕方5時に、出て行け！！」 と言う。。 次の泊まった場所もゴキブリが出て最悪だったが。。。 少しずつたまった怒りだったので、 多分、伝わらないと思う。。 何故私があれだけ怒ったか。。 普通は、我慢するだろうが、 私は、泣き寝入りはしない！！

Great Stay

Very clean, neat and quiet accommodation at the Western Sydney University Village Campbelltown. Own Room in a shared Apartment of 5 Rooms. Kitchen for self catering. It is staffed by Students from the same Uni, all very friendly and helpful. Great for People with own Transport. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Macarthur Train Station and Shopping Mall. No free WiFi! Would stay there again.

3flights of stairs I'm on a walking frame I'm 70 years old there was no toilet paper no cooking amenity took the staff forever to bring me 1 roll of toilet paper after my son rang them when the booking was made Expedia was told it was for a 70 year old on a walking frame yet still put me 3 flights of stairs up I didn't stay opting to leave straight away I couldn't find any hotel staff to allow me to check out so I'm stuck with a key

5人部屋を丸々予約して、友人と四泊しました。キッチンと基本的な調理器具、冷蔵庫、電子レンジも準備されていたので、調理も出来て、快適でした。 また、バスルームも2つあるので、とても便利でした。

It had beds. Nice staff. Very poor maintenance.

It had beds and we slept, so that was good. The staff were really, really nice, and prompt to assist us. And it was a cheap stay, so keep that in mind with the following. Stop gap maintenance instead of repairing things properly. Was pretty poor last year when we stayed. This year it was worse, the same things hadn't been repaired 12 months later. Water tempering valves had been bypassed, great for a hot shower, but pretty dangerous. They also still have the poorly designed/engineered smoke detector set up that they are aware of but refuse to fix, but thankfully there is a nice sign admitting their liability for paying the fire brigade if they turn up. We only got locked out twice because of the faulty key system this time, last year it was everyday that we stayed. Middle of winter, half the wall heaters had been removed and/or disconnected one dangerously so (it had a tap screwed to the waterpipe where the valve should be...pointing upward.. perfect for spraying water straight into my wife's face when she turned it on). There was a lot more wrong but, I have a life so this will do. It really doesn't need much new, just what it has in working condition. Having said the above, it was cheap and served its purpose for us. And strangely, I would probably stay again, I guess I'm a bit tight.

The facilities were nice and clean and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately co-sharing with other randoms was a terrible experience, with me having to move rooms at 11pm at night due to an older male resident trying to access my room whilst I was asleep (very scary experience), and two of the other nights was kept awake until the early hours by people who were up talking and watching tv loudly. You would expect potential issues when co-sharing, but having stayed in many hostels etc in my time have not experienced such disrupted sleep (and the fear from being woken by someone trying to break into my room) due to others. I wish I had have booked a hotel.
