I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel! It doesn’t have the enough park space in the building and if you check-in a bit late, you have to park in the building (KBS) located in the opposite side of the hotel from which you have to walk at least 5-7 minutes. No bellman, thus you should park, across the main road and go back and forth all the way to the hotel by yourself with luggage. You paid the same room rate but imagine you have to deal with this inconvenience for yourself. The front manager and the staff who worked for the night shift on 20 Feb 2021 was very unkind, unfriendly and untrained. When we brought up the matter, they rather responded that we (the customer) had to understand the facility condition with lack of parking space. They also gave an excuse that they don’t provide the bellman service because it is the business hotel and the ‘express’ holiday inn. We felt like they patronized us to change the room to the one with a Netflix TV, which basically doesn’t mean anything. Tired and embarrassed experience! This hotel shouldn’t have sold the room if they don’t have the corresponding number of parking space. According to them, while this hotel has 200 rooms, it has only 50 parking space. As what they said, can the ‘express’ holiday inn be justifiable and the guests have to be tolerable such a condition? This hotel is non-sense!
