"The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of. "

"Upon arrival parking was a mess due to a small unloading area and valet parking. When checking in the staff didn’t address the parking (valet or self park). The pool was warm the hot tub was a welcome surprise as we didn’t know the hotel had one! We will recommend to everyone we know!!! 10/10 stay "
