Short but lovely stay

This is a new and modern property close to Petra’s Beach and a mile away from the harbour in Siteia. It is walkable and takes about twenty minutes. The staff are delightful and helpful friendly people. We stayed in a deluxe studio. Good powerful shower, comfortable bed. Complimentary Raki provided. My only slightly negative comments would be regarding the parking which can be hard to come by and ratherba tight squeeze, I would also advise that a new washing up sponge and cloth should be provided rather than the ones used by previous occupants - we bought some from a local mini market. Also a face cloth for use as a tea towel is not ideal. However, this is a great and reasonably priced place to stay. Nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Vue extra grand apartement et très propre.

Nous avons aimé l’endroit. La ville est très bien. L’apartement est un peu loin ducentre mais c’est 5 minutes en auto. L’endroit est très propre les gens de l’hôtel très bien. C’est très grand avec une vue mer extra.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und wir konnten in der Nacht den Wellen zuhören. Sehr nette Vermieter, toll eingerichtete Unterkunft, wo uns nichts gefehlt hat.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer

Bien placé, proche de Sitia, proche de la plage. Bon point de départ pour visiter l'est de la Crète. Les propriétaires parlent français et apportent tous les renseignements nécessaires.

Our favorite accommodation in Greece

As part of our 5-week stay in Greece, we stayed in one of Simon's executive apartments. We felt like residents of Sitia. The apartment was modern, super clean and had all the amenities we are used to in Canada, including very comfy beds. We had a large balcony with a great view where we enjoyed our daily breakfast. We were also able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. Overall, a great experience.

qyesta parte dell'isola di creta è differente dal resto, una provincia un pocco arretrata, non fanno gli scontrini fiscali, come la grecia prima delle batoste europee; il cibo è interpretato più in maniera tutristica: tanta carne e pesce surgelato (anche se non tutti lo ammettono) ed accompagnato da patate fritte inutili, che piacciono tante a chi di cucina tradizionale e casereccia non capisce nulla; meno vivace la vita ma gente molto cordiale e disponibile, spiagge e mare bellissimo, che fa perdonare le varie pecche; strade buon e panoramiche e le stanno anche migliorando, unica la spiaggia con l'unico bosco di palme europeo: più marocco che grecia; belli anche i tanti siti minoici

Nice views, terrible accessibility

The interior design was modern. The views were magnificent. However, the accessibility was horrible, more than 40 steep outside stairs to reach the top floor. You are on your own to lug your belongings. At night they were not lit, so bring a flashlight. The so called free parking was a small space on a steep uphill curve. Not sufficient for all the guests, so you would park on the main road about 400 meters away if you arrived late at night. We tried to discuss our concerns with the owner, but he simply laughed us away. After three nights, ( we had paid up front for 8 nights), we decided to leave. The daily stress of parking , and dark stair case, was not worth ruining our vacation. Again, the owner just laughed us off. He told us, * you lost buddy, I already got my money*. I contacted Expedia regarding our options, however, no response to date. I guess, too bad , so sad for us.
