閉館するなんて残念すぎる！

口コミで見た通り、ものすごくフレンドリーでかつホスピタリティー溢れるサービスで、本当に大満足な滞在でした。今月末で閉館と聞き残念です。マネージャーの方がどこか別のホテルに移られるのであれば、ぜひそこに滞在したいです。

Pleasant Boutique Hotel

Pro: Like the simple design of this hotel and the location is convenient for where I needed to go. Room was comfortable. Front office staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: Grout in the bathroom wall needs cleaning. Breakfast is somewhat minimal. Can be improved. There is definitely noise problem at night from the near by bars.

アンシャンヒル近くのプチホテル

ショップハウスが連なるエリアに個性的な色合いの外観。チェックインを済ませてエレベーターを降りると、客室まで落ち着いた雰囲気のある空間が広がる。客室もコンパクトにまとめられ、動線もよく、デスク、チェア、キャビネットなど使いやすかった。

Great stay!

Fantastic hotel near Chinatown with Maxwell's Hawker centre just a few minutes away. Friendly staff- Diana on the front desk and Alfred our breakfast server were fantastic. Very accommodating- we arrived early and they had a room ready for us for an early check in. Slippers and robes provided in the room along with complimentary water and beverages were very nice touches. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The hotel is on a great location, and the room look nice and is clean, very beautiful bathroom. The bedroom walls needs desperately renovation just paint over it does not work. On Friday and Saturday the Chinese area is closed for cars and it becomes a walking street, it is very nice. I was impressed it is still quiet in the room and hotel and we had 3 different rooms and different location in the hotel. Even do we had our wedding night, and the staff knew it, no effort or little reorganization was done from the hotel, which shows a lack of details.

立地が良い

繁華街の中にあり、何処に行くにも便利。おしゃれなデザインで外国にいる実感がある。客室は最新ではないが、清潔で快適。朝食もおいしい。スタッフが親切で素晴らしい。

A nice surprise!

Very nice hotel with super service and friendly staff. A bit noisy on weekend nights, but not a problem for me and I will definitely stay there again. Very convenient location close to our company's Singapore office.

Tive dois prolemas na estadia: o quarto não estava disponivel na hora do check in e o montante bloqueado no cartão de crédito que foi alto somente fazem o desbloqueio 5 dias úteis depois. Banheiro é bem pequeno

O Hotel está bem localizado porém tivemos dois incovenientes. Nosso quarto não estava pronto no check in e também o bloqueio do cartão que lees fazem é um valor elevado e somente fica liberado depois de 5 dias úteis e isso não foi informado

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities in the room were excellent.

Great Hotel, close to Chinatown, bigger rooms

Good experience, rooms are bigger than most in Singapore, great location and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again

Sehr gutes Hotel in Chinatown

freundliches Personal, am Wochenende etwa laut auf der Straße da viel Pubs in der unmittelbaren Nähe, ansonsten schönes Boutique-Hotel

Great location close to Chinatown, restaurants

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly, location is close to Chinatown and lots of restaurants. Hotel has a great rooftop bar and a Jazz Bar in the basement, would definitely stay there again

チャイナタウンのこじんまりとしたホテル

ホテルのまわりにはバーが多く、人の声がひびいてうるさかった。うるさすぎて寝れないと苦情いうと中庭に面した部屋に代えてもらえた。（多少騒音はましな程度！！そこでもやはりうるさかった、）その部屋には耳栓が用意されていて、私と同じようなクレームを言う人がいるのね、と思い笑ってしまった。また、シャワールームはなかなか水がひかず水があふれててこないように気をつけながらあびる始末。朝食付きだったのでホテルで朝ごはん、それなりに美味しかったですが、コンチネンタルとイングリッシュの2種類しかなく連泊するひとは飽きるかも。夜静かに過ごしたい人には不向きなホテル。

superbe rénovation

quartier très sympa, malgré le bruit.chqmbre à la décoration moderne,un peu étroite, mais largement suffisant pour qqs nuits.la vue depuis ma chambre n étai vraiment pas terrible, au dessus de climatiseurs qui faisait énorme tu de bruit.donc il est impératif de fermer les fenêtres. Le petit déjeuner n est pas présenté ws forme de buffet. vous avez le choix entre une formule continentale (pains au chocolat, croissants. ..) et une formule anglaise (oeufs bacon. ..) le service est vraiment très très très lent. ..

Cute boutique hotel close to China town

Booked this hotel in its Expedia reviews. We had a great visit to Singapore and the hotel room was an important part Good sized room with modern decor and facilities. Breakfast was provided with the room but we slept in most days and had brunch at maxwells food court just a short walk away. Nice rooftop bar for a nite cap and two other bars we didn't get to. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

It's all about the little things...

The service was impeccable, and a lot of little things made this stay extremely convenient: we got the complimentary (very good) breakfast delivered to our room everyday, for no extra charge. Nothing beats breakfast in bed. The room was clean perfectly everyday, with refilled, complimentary soft drinks in the minibar and nespresso coffee. They even closed the curtains of the room so that when we got back at night, we didn't have to do it. They also let you borrow for free an Android phone with free and unlimited data, texts, calls etc. Internet was reliable and fast. The room itself was a bit small but modern, very well furnished and well agenced. The only disappointment came from the lack of bathtub, which is only available in the suites, but is mentioned in the description as present in the regular rooms as well. Instead you get a rainfall shower, which is still really good. The location was great, a few minutes walking from the Chinese food court with amazing and cheap food, including the cheapest one-star michelin restaurant and close to the subway (MRT) station. We will definitely stay there again!

Centrally placed with good restaurant and staff.

Free WiFi, free SmartPhone, Ultra King size bed, enormous bathroom, professional and accommodating staff. What more do you want?
