Hygiene condition was terrible.

Staff is kind and nice! The hotel and room only "seemed" quite good and clean as you can see in the picture. But blanket and pillow is so dirty. I feel like there are bedbugs. Hygiene condition was terrible.

Found stain and hair on the bed sheet. Room quite dusty, understand is budget hotel therefore do not complaint much.

Nice hotel with mall, shops and hospital nearby. I booked a comfortable family room and because of the design of the room, got 2 TVs inside my room :) Nice staff and good rooms amenities.

nice and comfortable room for a family.

the hotel was walking distance to the shopping mall. there are many restaurants but non-halal. might be could improve in this area. we also searching onto self-service laundry, it is about 10 min (by car). for the environment, it is nice and does not make much noise.

Cleanliness is simply.. staffs service not nice and having some problem when check in.. difficult to flush because water is so small!!! Wondering how to poo there if the water is so small to flush?

Simple but very comfy

Booked the room at the very last minute and manage to get a King size bed and very huge room! With reasonable price. The hotel is located nearby a few restaurants and a mall. I enjoyed my stay! Thanks.
