Check-in was a breeze! the style of the rooms are out of date but it looks as they are updating, the Bathrooms Are beautiful with great lighting. Front desk staff were great they assisted with any issues we had quickly and politely. breakfast was good, the children enjoyed the waffles.

I stay at this hotel every year when I travel to San Antonio. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The manager, I forget her name, always made we feel welcome and was happy to help with my requests. I will always stay here when I come to San Antonio

Friendly staff, but room was not okay

The staff was very friendly, and they were the only reason I gave a higher rating. One of the lamps was not working in my room, and the room was too dim for my liking. I dealt with it since I was there one night and left early the next morning.

Overall condition was poor. Hallway in lobby was bowed out. Room trim was missing paint in several large areas. Tub looked filthy/stained. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Sheets and bedcover on one of two beds appeared clean but stained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff offered another room but I had seen enough. Only stayed one night out of the four because it was late when I checked in.

I didn’t stay. It was just like a motel 6. It looked like a place for tweakers to hang out at. The smell inside the room was absolutely horrible! The staff was nice though!

Staff bent over backwards to help in all that was needed. The property itself was in extreme physical deterioration not because lack of maintenance but because of patching instead of replacement. Toilets hardly flushed but did very weekly. Everything needed complete replacement not repair. Everything appeared original from 500 years ago that the place was built. Also this is not a hotel but rather a cheap rundown motel. Again I want to compliment all of the staff who were always willing to help in everything without excuses or attitude. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We arrived and got our keys to find a sketchy person already in our room looking for something frantically. We immediately got another room, front desk was very kind and apologetic, but it left me very uncomfortable because I'm with my kids. Beds and sheets were nice and clean but the floors we really dirty. All in all the kind and caring staff was the ONLY good part of staying at this hotel. Its a cheap place to crash, but i would not recommend it for someone with children.

The lights did not work properly and the carpet had dust in the corners. The tub was very old and had age spots. It was also very noisy. Cheap option, but don't expect an impeccable experience.
