The transportation sucks. The staff are all great. No pool, & no dinner. Restaurant but only breakfast.

I couldn't use the pool because it wasn't working. Cleaning and air conditioning very good The wifi very unstable despite a change of room closer to the reception. Very far from the center, 35 minutes by bus and metro. I do not recommend it to people without a private vehicle. With the exception of 1 very rude and bad-tempered person, the treatment was very cordial and friendly from the rest of the managers.

The place was sub par. There Pool was broken but use it there advertising. It had been broken for some time. The windows were falling out in the bathroom. And you had to contact the front desk to get a drink

I booked the hotel since we needed a place to sleep for the night as we transited home. There were very few options due to the late date when booking. The hotel description noted they had an airport shuttle. After arriving in FCO we found this was not true. While not the hotel’s fault or problem, it was extremely difficult to find a cab willing to take us there. We were repeatedly quoted 85-100 euros to get to the hotel. I finally was able to book an Uber and spent 45 euros for a 20 minute ride. The return was also difficult even though I set up a ride the night before. That one was 75 euros. I’m still trying to learn why. The staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. The room was dated but clean. The property seems to need some updating. The free wifi didn’t work in our room. While a serviceable hotel, if you need it merely as your bed for the night due to an international layover, don’t stay here.

L'hotel è scadente e poco confortevole, inoltre mi avete fatto pagare (in anticipo) la somma di Euro 107,95 per una notte e per una camera singola, e poi mi è stata emessa una ricevuta da 89,36 Euro. INUTILE AGGIUNGERE CHE RIVOGLIO, ANZI, PRETENDO LA RESTITUZIONE DEI SOLDI DATI IN PIU'.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and have all the basics, but WiFi was not working during my stay. Very frustrating. They said it was down for the day.

Esperienza da non rifare

Per arrivare in hotel ho dovuto camminare per circa 30 min a piedi perché l'hotel è ubicato fuori dal centro abitato e nessun collegamento di autobus permette di arrivare vicino l'hotel .. una volta arrivato in stanza ho dovuto lottare contro le zanzare ( anche all'aperto le zanzare fanno paura) , arredamento antiquato e abbastanza usurato , wi-fi non funzionante , nessun servizio navetta per l'aeroporto , se vuoi ti chiamano un taxi al costo di 50€ ( per 15 km) .. per cenare l'unico modo è chiamare qualche locale per il domicilio.. unica cosa positiva la colazione e il personale molto gentile ... soggiornato per una notte , la prima e l'ultima ...

Acqua fredda che esce a 40 gradi e aria condizionata pagata e non erogata. Ambiente non adatto in estate e x bimbi che hanno subito interventi chirurgici. Sconsigliato xché non puoi chiedere ed elemosinare un tuo diritto e qualcosa che hai già pagato solo x sentirti dire che sono dispiaciuti.. E fanno finta di provvedere.. Ma non è così... Ti dicono che aria condizionata è centralizzata con timer... Ma il primo giorno si attiva alle 18:30, il secondo giorno dopo 4 chiamate la attivano alle 20:40 e il terzo giorno nonostante le chiamate non la attivano.
