Yo realicĂ© la reservaciĂłn el dĂ­a viernes 8 en la noche, siendo que en la pĂĄgina web aparecĂ­a con disponibilidad. El sĂĄbado a las 9:00 A.M. cuando iba camino al hotel, recibo una llamada del hotel para decirme que el mismo estaba lleno, y que supuestamente no sabĂ­an como la pĂĄgina web de expedia me habĂ­a permitido hacer la reservaciĂłn ya que no tenĂ­an habitaciĂłn disponible. Le manifestĂ© mi molestia al encargado del hotel y me dijo que iba a contactar a los responsables de expedia, que eran los Ășnicos responsables por lo sucedido.
