Continental breakfast was well set up, w/ wide window of time (6 to 9:30am) to partake! Parking set-up can be a bit far from room, if arriving later (8pm), as we did. Overall, an excellent value accomodation, in a wonderfully convenient location!

I like the staff and how friendly and helpful they are, i don't like that there isn't an elevator when they have 3 floors but other than that this place is very clean and comfortable to stay at!

Pool and pool area dirty, no pool towels, breakfast area smelled sour, hairdryer didn’t work and the front desk had to come fix the tv. Beds were comfortable though.

The rooms are actually pretty nice, clean and comfy. We didn't have issues with noise or anything. The only gripe about the room is the shower head is pretty low, but that seems more and more common. Staff was friendly at check in and got us rolling quick. Unfortunately the area around here is sketchy. We'd hoped to walk and find food but it was pretty late so we stayed in. Made sure to park right in front of the lobby to reduce chance of break-ins and everything was fine.

My first room the heater was only blowing cold and the remote wasn’t programmed. The second room the shower was leaking and there was hair all over the tub.

This was a dive. There was trash in piles around the property. The room smelled and had small flies. There were random people lingering throughout the property. I was given a room that was occupied initially. The breakfast was waffles but little else. The airport shuttle must be reserved 8 hours in advance but that is only named on a small sign at check-in.

Inside the hotel room was amazing! Super clean and you can tell everything is remodeled. In the other hand the area is okay. The hotel has a certain smell to it, but once inside room it goes away. Definitely you get what you pay. Front desk was good, but there were times where it was empty and I had to wait a while to get help. Overall 7/10.

it was fine, mostly. the desk folks tried and mostly accommodated my requests as best they could, but the property itself wasn't what I had hoped for. terrible part of town, scary people in the parking lot and around the property : really great shuttle service : the early morning driver was amazing! the bed was very good, bathroom adequate, and the room didn't let a lot of outside noise (sirens, etc.) in. there was no guest laundry : they said they're 'working on it.'

Horrible experience here. The “shuttle service” wouldn’t answer when I tried to get through to them from the airport. On my way back home, I scheduled a shuttle service in person and they no showed me almost making me late to my flight. Place is dirty and sketchy . Rooms smell like smoke and there is definitely drugs on the property. Stay away from this place. I wouldn’t even stay here for free.

At first we had issues with the reservation, since the hotel had changed name. Our original reservation wasn’t listed. But the manager worked everything out.
