Loved the privacy in your own villa and your own pool chill was great but you need to get the premier pool villa in my personal opinion.

My second stay in villa since 2 years ago. Spacious room and friendly staff. Unfortunately the housekeeping standard deteriorated. Everyday I found items missing replaced or even not taken care of (such as the the tooth brush glass was 1/3 half full of tooth paste water but not cleaned). Other issues, such as missing refilling toilet paper and towels.... every time I need to call for housekeeping service. Overall except housekeeping is good though.

Nice rooms, nice Villas and helpful staffs here. Pool access rooms are recommended to those travel in group and Villas are recommended to couples. The Villa I stayed was clean and tidy which I liked very much. However, the towels in the Villa were too old to use which disappointed me.

Vi booket her for en natt med pool villa, og ønsket oss litt luksus. Villaen var mer enn forvetningene våres, og vi har ingenting å klage på. Anbefaler dette hotellet til alle som vil unne seg litt luksus på tur!

Worst honeymoon ever!!!

First day after shower, water didn’t go down.. so water overflow all over the floor..we called staff and we thought they fixed it. But again and again for 2days. So stree out that you can’t take a shower at crazy hot weather and sweating all day not whenever you want because you have to worry about overflow water at shower. My honeymoon turned as nightmares. And the hotel literally at up in the hill far from pathong area so we had to pay for all the time go to pathong and coming back to hotel. And taxi, tuktuk drivers charge you extra 500bat to go to pathong from the hotel, and 400bat for coming back to hotel because the hotel location. Hotel provides you transfer bus, but the time is limited and only early night for coming back to hotel. And rooms are at hill side you can’t go to lobby your self.. always need to called buggy car..Worst...just better to get other hotel at pathong area.

푸켓 힐링 여행

풀빌라 물도 깨끗하고 방 소파를 서브침대로 사용할수 있도록해서 아이 데리고 간 여행에서 편하게 이용했습니다. 풀 너머 보이는 바다 뷰도 좋고 청소 상태도 깨끗했습니다. 시내와 거리가 있으나 무료 셔틀 이용할수 있고 조식 메뉴가 살짝씩 바뀌어 질리지 않았습니다. 한국인이나 한국말을 잘하는 직원이 없고(나중에 한명 발견) 리조트 내에 물조차 구입할수 있는곳이 없다는것이 불편했습니다. 물론 물은 남을정도로 많이 주긴했습니다. 레스토랑도 두개라서 시내 나가지 않으면 다양한 음식을 먹기 어렵습니다. 다만 룸서비스로 햄버거와 스파게티를 주문했었는데 굉장히 빠르게 준비되었고 맛도 양도 훌륭했습니다. 개인 수영장이 옆집이 서로 보여서 100% 프라이빗하지는 않습니다. 공용 수영장은 뷰도 좋고 규모도 만족했으나 중국과 서양 여행객들이 수영장 풀바와 체어에서 담배를 피워서 아이와 함께 있을수가 없었습니다. 푸켓 자체가 길거리 담배 피는 사람이 많지만 호텔에서 기본 규칙이라도 있었으면 하네요. 탁구 포켓볼 대형체스 등 여유롭게 즐길거리도 있습니다. 방 끝 유리가 갈라져있는데 교체되지 않았습니다. 커튼으로 가려져있고 구석이긴 하지만 위험한만큼 빠른 교체가 필요힐듯합니다. 침구가 오리털은 아니었으나 매우 깨끗하고 배게도 여유로워 잠자리가 편안했습니다. 청소도 두명이 같이 와서 빠른 시간 안에 깨끗하게 합니다. 꽤 많은 룸이 있는데 북적이지 않아서 좋았습니다. 여유로운 힐링을 하기엔 꽤 추천할만합니다.

Nice hotel but was not aware the majority of it is still under construction. No spa, fitness yet. Employees are nice but under the impression they're all still new and learning. The hotel is the most confusing layout in the world. Good luck getting anywhere, aka the lobby, on your first, second or third try. front desk check out is an extremely lengthy and annoying process. This place has potential but should have waited to open until they were completed and staff was ready.
