Would not recommend staying here. Toilet didn’t work and cockroaches in various areas of the room. Looked at 2 other rooms and found they also had cockroaches as well. Checked out right afterwards. Left message for manager Julie and no return calls or refund.

The lay out of the room was different and didnt remind me it was an actual hotel room. The things I didnt like about the room was that the door didnt have a weather strip which u can see the sunlight and the noises from the hwy traffic is insane. insects also worry me coming in thru the crack of the door.

very smelly rooms

The room was super dirty. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room. It stank of cigarettes and had cigarette burns everywhere. I've been here for more than five days, and yet, they haven't received my deposit. They've been holding it for many days.

Cigarette burns on the vanity. No trash can. Dirty floors especially in the bathroom. Worn out mattress woken at midnight by other loud guest and then again at 5:00 am by guest screaming outside. Overall a terrible night. Never again.

Don’t book run away from this place!

Saw the room tried to get a new room due to uncleanliness stain on walls and curtains, toilet lower then the tub. This place should be closed! Mirror broken in bathroom, filthy shower I have seen cash stations cleaner than the bathroom. Left in 5 mins of stay and front staff said couldn’t check me out as she just checked me in and I need to contact hotel.com
