Good aircondition, nice view from room and balcony to the beach.
No breakfast, and there was rebuilding of one nearby houses so the noise was high early morning.
Everyone was so nice, Colbert at the front desk was very helpful and charming! The room and and facilities were amazing. The furniture was beautiful, great location. Highly recommend.

No hot water, TV did not have any Chanel’s, toilet broken and ran on, no restaurant on site. Staff were very nice but facility was very dated, beds hard, room furniture looked like from a garage sale
The room was magnificent as was the balcony. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is suffering somewhat from 2017 hurricane.

This has the potential to be an excellent hotel. It is an old style Caribbean hotel, one of the oldest buildings in the island. The rooms are huge with a very large bathroom, and front balcony over looking the beach. The people at the reception were very helpful, calling taxis etc. However, it is a little run down, needing some renovation, so don’t expect too much from its appearance. However, it is generally clean.
Perfect location, very helpful staff at this boutique hotel. It felt like we were part of the family.

Beach view was unobstructed from our balcony. Since they have had a slow recovery from a storm in 2017, we understand the look of the exterior. Rooms are huge. They are updated.
At some point this hotel might have been a cool funky place with a little history, but it’s obvious that the owners stopped caring and just let the place go. Lobby, breakfast area and all common areas are unbelievably run down, with peeling paint, crumbling cement, etc. The rooms are a decent size, with good AC and average WiFi, but furniture is old and a little worn. At least the bathrooms are decent and might have been renovated a few years ago. Coffee pot, but no coffee. Microwave, but no plates or utensils. Location is fantastic, and free parking, but would never stay here again and couldn’t recommend. A difficult review to write as the people working here are so nice, and do everything to make up for the general state of this place
At one time this hotel was probably amazing but it went through a hurricane 7 years ago and it still looked like it. The lobby area was a mess and there isnt a restaurant as advertised. We stayed in a suite which was ok. View and location are amazing! We wouldn’t stay there again unless they cleaned the place up.
First, the staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful, most pleasant! We loved the hotel in the style of something you might see in India- hotel is right on the boardwalk and a very nice beach. Room was large, furnishings reminiscent of the far east, 3 door slider with an ample balcony overlooking the beach. The room was very clean, large, and a big bathroom. We were a bit concerned as the description said there was a tub- and there was a large, built in modern tub but there was also a big walk-in shower. The commode had it's own "room" with door, which is a nice feature. Bath had a double sink with plenty or counter space AND another large counter and mirror where 2 people could do makeup, contacts etc. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for remodeling, as there is a lovely covered dining area on the boardwalk and beach that would be a wonderful place to take meals. there were a couple minor items- the e-lock on our door wasn't working so we had to use a key rather than a card, and it took us a bit to figure out how the sliders out to the balcony worked- none of which detracted from the experience in my mind. We really loved our stay and feel it was a great value!
The front desk staff, I’m sorry I have forgotten her name, was amazing. She helped us numerous times sorting out places to go and things to see. The room was lovely with a balcony and a view of the beach and ocean. There was no real restaurant on site, just a beach bar that was open some of the time. That didn’t matter as there were lots of places to eat near by. The suite was the most amazing we had on our trip, 7 different places. Beautifully furnished, huge bathroom and adequate kitchenette.
Staff was nice. Cleaning daily. Quiet. Not many staying in the hotel. Had to pay for laundry. We had very spacious suite. Furniture in the lobby is antique and needed dusting. We had to dust the tables etc in our room. Very big bathroom with tub and walk in shower. Can get basic breakfast but we mostly ate on the boardwalk. Will come back again.
Was here 5 years ago and sadly the Pasanggrahan has gone downhill during this time. I was in 40l and room is large and has been updated with nice balcony overlooking the beach and port. Coffee pot in room but no coffee and no breakfast or any food as restaurant is not operating. Sad that the hurricane did so much damage and no one has been able to do major repairs necessary.

Room was great, staff was good. Needs sprucing up, still from hurricane Irma in 2017
My guests complained of the room being very dusty, and there was no food available. The property itself is in need of serious investment so it can be saved.

We found the entrance area, the reception and the veranda tables shabby. The toilets were neglected and seemed to be used as a storage area. Although the staff were pleasant we did not feel it was where we wanted to stay and cancelled our booking. In addition, the pictures of the beach were misleading, in fact the beach borders the main port.

Inside was great. Don’t be deceived by the outside. Since a hurricane in 2017 they have focused on the guest rooms. Not really their fault.
Very old furniture, the fabric on the couch looks pretty dirty. In the bathroom you can see huge coaches. The private beach is a fake. Several times they change our sun beds to the old rusty ones. The beach staff is very rude and sometimes drunken. We definitely not recommend this hotel.Marina Canada
