I payed for a room but when I got there they had no rooms and I payed for it and they charged me 45 for a room they did have for 4 hours and now I’m getting email wanting more money

Disgusting room - a health hazard

Terrible experience - the desk clerk argued that I dodn't have a reservation, and when I showed the confirmation, was told they only had one room left. I reserved non-smoking, but got a smoking room. The stench was terrible, not just cigarettes, but some other awful odor. There was a hole in the outside door, holes in the walls, peeling paint, dirty linens and furniture, exposed wires and exhaust fan in the bathroom, filthy refrigerator... Worst of all there was mold growing on surfaces. We left after 10 minutes and found another hotel.

Pretty Nasty

This motel was pretty disgusting. I booked there for our guys based on the reviews. When one of the guys called me and said that he would not stay in the room because it smelled like dog and cat urine I asked him to go ask for another room. He called me back and said that they told him they didn't have anymore rooms. He then just sprayed deodorizer and tried to cope with it for the night. Won't be staying here again.

Great Customer Service, Fruendly, Clean

Nice little no frills motel. We needed 3 beds because we have 5 kids. When we got there the 3 bed room had been accidentally given out. The manager gave us 2 rooms side by side and apologized. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Recommend for a good nights sleep.

Quiet Country Town

My stay was amazing and will be returning and booking my reservation with hotel.com. Paris, Tx is a quiet little country town. Love it so much, decided to stay for another week to enjoy their great little shopping store s.

Dirty sheets bugs no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide,holes around door and in wall, beds suck,Drug deals right out side are window,no one speaks English,everyday room smells like someone craped on the floor.Will never stay there again and dont recommend anyone staying there.Kings Inn should not be open.if I had my way I would get my money back because this ruined our trip.Thank You

Did not like really anything. Of course, for $55/night, you can't expect alot. But, I've stayed in way better for the same cost. Place was dirty, front desk guy barely spoke English...made check-in a nightmare. Room smelled like ass. Looked like people were living in some of the rooms. Remote for t.v. didn't work and was sticky to the touch. Exhaust fan in bathroom was disconnected. Beds not made up in between nights...only towels replaced. The only good things was its close to our event and had wi-fi.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at , there was blood on the walls in one room and blood in the tub in another , my door to my room had been kicked in and the door to the bathroom had been kicked in

We missed a day of stay so they cancelled our room key & threw away all our groceries when checking in the guy at the counted wouldn't let us type in debit card pin number wanted to ask it instead very unprofessional didn't get our key card back work till the last day or so of a week stay room smelled awful

NOT so good.... Wouldn't go back.

This place is not as good as photos show. I didn't feel real 'safe' here. There were no 'non-smoking' rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. The bedding reeked of smoke. I will say the air blew cold and the bed was relatively 'comfortable' despite a comforter that looked 20 years old. The walls were all painted beige brick with NOTHING on the walls. There was no bedside 'lamp'. The remote control was broken. It worked but was broken and wouldn't 'shut'. There was a gap under the door and I could literally see the concrete floor underneath outside. I made it thru the night, but would never stay here again :(

Don't ever stay here !!!! Disgusting and disappoin

We didn't stay since the hotel lied and said it was non smoking king . The room they went to show us after that was not a king and extremely dirty.
