WOULD STAY AGAIN

Very friendly staff, good safe location. BBQ restaurant next door. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

A++++++ The lady at check in could not have been more welcoming! I travel nearly 300 days a year for work and I have never had such a polite and welcoming desk clerk at check in. She needs a raise!!!!

Road Trip

I was happy with my stay there. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a tip about staying on the south side as there is a vet on the other side and it can be noisy in the morning when they let the dogs out. I got that and had no problems Room was clean and everything functioned as it should. The only complaint I had was the breakfast or should I say lack of. There was some bread, instant porridge, and a couple of different kinds of cereal and that was it. Never had breakfast there because of that

White toast (butter only) and yesterday's cold coffee. Yep, that sums it up. The place needs a total refurb and the owners don't care. If they charged $25 a night, I'd expect this. But they charge full rates. Worthless.

There wasn’t a stay. As we got there we noticed a lot of construction going on and they were turning the hotel in to an assisted living. I was extremely mad as I booked it months ago AND paid for it. Absolutely ridiculous!! Should have been told ahead of time but NO spent a long time on the phone trying to this mess figured out. Had to end up trying to book another hotel and spend more money

Room was clean, but the 2nd floor was entirely too hot. No air on and room when we arrive. It was so hot we had to turn on the air and leave the room for it to cool off. This was late at night when we just wanted to turn in. I asked for a price adjustment due to the heat inconvenience but none was given. In addition, the breakfast option was extremely limited.

The hand held shower was a pleasant surprise, and we were able to sleep well, but there were several things that needed repair. The door latch, the loose shower curtain rod,and the toilet paper holder were all in need of repair.

Not good- Dog kennel right next to hotel

This hotel backs right up to a dog kennel and I mean right up to it. We looked out our window and could see the fence and realized what was next to our room. It’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s just a bad situation. We got woke up EARLY to loud howling & barking dogs. Other than that, it’s a very clean and pretty place.

The parking lot was horrible. Ice covered. Very chunky ice and it was everywhere. Thats the only complaint i have. Front Desk guy was a delight. Really enjoyed him.

Breakfast was at a minimal. Serves gravy that’s been re heated from the day before left overs. You can see the rim of yesterday’s crust They do have cereal served with watered down milk. Waffles were available one of the 4 nights I stayed there.
