Отель высшего уровня

Ездили семьей в Новосибирский зоопарк и решили остановиться поблизости в данном отеле. По Акции проживание семьи из 4-х человек (2-е взрослых и 2-е детей 4 и 6 лет) с завтраками получилось очень доступно для отеля такого класса - было очень неожиданно и приятно! В стоимость проживание было включено посещение бассейна и банного комплекса. Территория отеля очень ухоженная, красивые газоны ярко зелёного цвета, за которыми постоянно ухаживают, стриженые разными формами кустарники. Детская площадка во внутреннем дворе интересная. Поездка была на поезде, с учётом расположения отеля передвигались на такси (общественный транспорт к отелю не ходит). Кто приедет на машине - есть подземный и наземный паркинг (соответственно за отдельную плату). Остановились в однокомнатных апартаментах: кухонная зона, большая комната с двухспальной кроватью и большим раздвижным диваном, мебель качественная и удобная. Единственный неприятный сюрприз - второй комплект постельных принадлежностей (постельное белье, подушки и одеяло для дивана) идет за отдельную плату - 900 руб. в сутки. В целом отличный отель, приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки!

В общем хорошо, но.

Отель хороший, расположение правда только для людей на авто, отель расположен вдали от транспорта. Бассейн хороший, есть сауна и хамам.

Стоит своих денег

Расположение относительно центра хорошее. немного путанный заезд правда, но как говорится яндекс доведёт. Отель новый, всё в отличном состоянии. бассейн и хамам, сауна работают. Вечером в бассейне людно, многие выбирают именно за наличие бассейна. Персонал отзывчивый, но не всегда грамотный. Пытались нас заставить оплатить проживание ещё и им, но разобрались на месте. Номер чистый, ухоженный. Свежая не потасканная мебель из икеи. Завтрак тоже стоящий, хотя экономные могут готовить сами, благо холодильник, печь, чайник и посуда имеется. Также присутствует стиралка, ну и нужно отметить всё исправное. Очень красиво зимой оформлен внутренний двор, и подсветка.

Неприятная неожиданность

Забронировали номер для 2 взрослых и 2 детей. При заселении без каких либо оговорок предоставили номер с двуспальной кроватью и диваном. К ночи выяснилось, что диван не раскладывается в кровать. Проверяйте заранее! В целом обслуживание на стойке хромает. Ресторан на отлично.

Всё великолепно！

В номере чисто и комфортно. На кухне есть всё необходимое, хотя можно добавить бокалы для шампанского или вина. СПА зона достаточно большая .

Команда отеля работает как часы: слаженно, быстро. Очень уютно и комфортно в номере. Автопарков- огромный плюс. Останавливались не в первый раз, впечатление позитивное от отеля не изменилось.

Есть над чем работать

Сам отель мне понравился ещё в первый заезд - тогда все было идеально, ну разве что завтрак можно было было бы сделать разнообразие (но, с другой стороны - свежевыжатый шоты это большой плюс). В этот раз заметно, что пандемия сказалась на сервисе. Номер был сильно запылённый и неприбранный (по полу валялись волосы, носки от прохода до окна и обратно стали серыми снизу). После просьбы номер ещё раз прибрали, но все равно отдельные элементы остались. На второй день об уборке пришлось снова просить, но во время уборки не поставили новые банные принадлежности. Ресторан суперский - все очень вкусно, девчонки на ресепшн отзывчивые, персонал ресторана тоже супер. То есть в принципе в отеле надо вернуть на уровень службу сервиса в номерах, остальное все отлично.

Курорт в пределах Новосибирска

Шикарный отель для семьи. Фитнес центр включен в стоимость проживание, что позволяет не искать развлечения за пределами отеля. Бассейн достаточного размера для проведения полноценной тренеровки, как ребенка, так и взрослого

Хороший отель, не на один раз.

Отель недавно построен. Оформили быстро. В отеле в подвале есть бассейн, довольно приличного размера. Также хамам сауна и баня. Людей не очень много, особенно там нравится детям. Для нас наличие бассейна было достаточно важно. Имеется бесплатная для постояльцев подземная парковка. Завтрак приличный, но не более. В номере, а мы брали люкс, есть мини кухня с посудой, так что можно и приготовить что то если надо. В целом своих денег стоит. Халаты и тапочки имеются.

Отличный отель. Просто невероятная тишина и спокойствие, которые сами по себе стоят хороших денег. Очень чистый воздух вокруг. Сам отель идеально чистый, номера оборудованы по последнему слову техники - докопаться не до чего. Качество отеля и номеров превосходят цену значительно. Единственное, но маленькое замечание - хотелось бы сделать разнообразнее завтраки, хотя и там есть очень выгодные преимущества - например, свежевыжатые шоты и овощей/фруктов, либо оладья по рецепту из детства. С другой стороны - сильным недостатком это не является, так как при отеле есть отличный ресторан, в котором можно вкусно позавтракать из основного меню за ту же цену.

В целом впечатление от отеля самое благоприятное, прекрасный интерьер,чистота,великолепный завтрак.Остался небольшой осадок,но,возможно, мы что-то не так поняли.Забронировали проживание 4-х взрослых и двух детей.Нам предоставили номер из трех комнат, где были две двуспальные кровати и диван кровать.Завтрак был включен для 6-и человек, а вот за постель для детей, которых разместили на раскладном диване, нам пришлось дополнительно доплачивать. Как-то странно. Если это дополнительная услуга, это должно быть отмечено при бронировании, ведь возраст детей сразу указывали.

Experience life in the engine room of the Titantic

While the service was excellent and the room were clean, all night an incessant noise continued rumble. It sounded like a gigant steam engine churning the screws of a early 20th century cruise ship. Don't come here if you want a good night's sleep.

Отличный отель!

Отличный отель, завтрак шведский стол, бассейн, сауны, в номере все есть. Один нюанс -если вы без машины - то только на такси добираться;)
