Mai successo

Siamo arrivati alle 18:15, ufficialmente la reception chiudeva alle 19:00, invece non c'era nessuno e il portone era chiuso, dopo 5 minuti è entrato un altro signore, alla reception una busta conteneva la chiave e il codice di accesso. L'indomani alle nostre proteste ci è stato risposto che il codice di accesso ci era stato inviato per email il giorno prima alle 18 (ovviamente non lo sapevamo e in viaggio non è facile consultare l'email). E poi: "ci sono tante persone nel residence, qualcuno sarebbe entrato". Senza parole, tranne che: "almeno queste cose non succedono solo in Italia". Il wifi libero è solo davanti la reception, in camera costa 10 euro al giorno, ormai lo danno gratis anche le bettole.

Very dirty, smell of cigarettes in the room, very bad beds and not to forget there was no even soap in the toilet!

Belle arnaque

l'appartement ne correspond pas à ce qui est présenté sur le site. Immeuble trés vieux et austère comme le mobilier.La climatisation était HS le wifi inexistant et la télé n'a pas fonctionné pendant le séjour malgré avoir alerté l'accueil. Une visite s'impose avant de continuer de proposer cet hôtel sur votre site. Sinon vous devenez complice de cette arnaque. Je suis vraiment par déçu dommage que le remboursement est impossible. Conseil fuyez cet hôtel !!!!!

Extremely convenient and very nice hotel

Extremely nice staff. Very good location. It was great having two small rooms for four people sleeping rather than one bigger room

Worse place I have stayed in for a long time. Arrived at midnight to find we had a sofa bed which we had to open out. It was not easy to do so & we couldn't open it fully & had to sleep with legs in the air! Reception told me the next morning very matter of fact that it was broken. They'd sort it they said no worries. We told them we'd be back at 3am (as we were coming back by train from the football in Marseille). Low & behold it was back to being a sofa & not set out so we could sleep. Luckily this time we were able to get it down.

Plesant stat with parking opposite the appartment,5 minutes to the beack and only 15 minutes to the main Nice Area

Realmente no es un hotel . Son apartamentos por lo tanto no hay recepción 24 horas y esto dificulta las cosas . La niña de la recepción fue absolutamente amable

Ausreichendes Hotel in super Strandnähe!

Es war ein ausreichendes Hotel da wir sogar eine Küche hatten Für jemand der auf Schick oder so steht ist es nichts! Für uns hat es gereicht da wir kaum Ansprüche hatten

Ça s'est très mal passé. Le personnel de l'accueil et la propriétaire très impolis, désagréables, méprisants et pas du tout accueillants. En gros, une attitude qui frise la désinvolture. Ma famille et moi avons été très déçus et ne souhaitons plus avoir à faire à ce genre d'individus

Living in the red-light district/red-light hotel

The appartment itself was ok. It was spacious and it had 2 bathrooms, which was a real comfort. When we went out for dinner, the hotel owner and a staff member were shouting at each other in the lobby. We were really scared, as they screamed extremely loud. This should not happen in a hotel, especially not in a place where everybody can see and hear you! We were so reliefed when we finally got out of the hotel. When we walked down the street we realized that we were living in the red-light district. Everywhere, no matter where we looked, were prostitutes. We were shocked when we noticed that. When we got back to the hotel we sat down in the lobby, because we needed WIFI (the WIFI connection in the appartment was extremely (!) bad! Then a prostitute walked in (she had the code of the hotel and had probably had a room). We knew she was a prostitute because we saw her standing outside in her skirt and highheels. She asked us something (but we didn't understand, because she was speaking french). Then she went outside again and a black man accompanied her to her room. This was so disgusting! We wouldn't recommend a stay in this hotel! Worst experience ever!

Personnel charmant et disponible, appartement propre, proche de la plage : 5 minutes à pieds. Proche de différents commerces d'alimentation. Facilité de stationnement : vraiment idéal.

Lo único positivo es su situación y precio. El estado de las zonas comunes no presagiaba nada bueno: moquetas cochambrosas y llenas de lamparones, manchas en las paredes... El interior del apartamento más de lo mismo, todo muy viejo y sucio. Los pies se pegaban al suelo, y la superficie de los muebles también estaba pegajosa. Tal vez fuera porque todo era de materiales plásticos y hacía un calor infernal ya que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y estábamos en plena ola de calor de julio. Si abrías las ventanas para poder respirar se llenaba la habitación de mosquitos... En fin, lo mejor era pasar el menor tiempo posible en el apartamento, pero para dormir o te asabas de calor o amanecías lleno de picotazos. Resumiendo, un apartamento bien situado y barato pero en el que no se puede estar.

Locked out of the hotel, no cleaning, no WiFi & AC

1. Locked out of the hotel: In order to get into the hotel you need to enter a code. We left the hotel early morning and the hotel changed the code during the day and left a note in our room. When we returned at night we obviously could not get into the hotel and had to wait around until another guest came out. When we complained to the staff in the morning they argued back and yelled at us. 2. No cleaning: We stayed for 5 nights and they did not clean or change our towels at all. I asked if they could send someone to clean and they said only 1 cleaning per 1 week stay. 3. No WiFi: WiFi is only available in the lobby even though they advertise you should be able to get it in the room. We notified the staff and they said they would fix it and it was not fixed. 4. No AC: Nice is extremely hot in the summer days and nights. No AC while trying to sleep is extremely uncomfortable. 5. No soap or shampoo provided 6. Shower did not drain properly

We booked the hotel several days before our trip. Upon arrival, we were told by the hotel owner that they had no idea that we would be arriving. (Strangely, we had recieved an e-mail from one of the staff asking what time we would be checking in.) Despite this we were given a very filthy room with no air conditioning. The next morning (Sunday) there was no one available at the front desk for check-out. I would strongly advise against staying in this hotel. The majority of the hostels I stayed in during my college years were of better quality.

Saavuimme hotelliin 16.6.aika nuhjuinen hotelli.yksi henkilökunnasta osasi englantia,onneksi.saatiin huone yläkerroksesta.alhaalla asui 'yöeläjät'.huone ok.kaksi vessaa,sänky surkea.oli tosi kuuma aika,mutta ilmastointia ei saanut käyttää kun vie kuulemma sähköä.siinä oli mukava nukkua pari viikkoa.henkilökunta eikertonut että tuuletin voi lainata.siivoojilla nähtiin ja saatiin lainaksi pari vimeistä yötä.siivous toimi ekan viikon.puolitoista viikkoa ei kukaan käynyt vaikka käytiin sanomassa.meille sanottiin 30.päivä että tänään onlähtö vaikka huone oli maksettu 1.7. asti.onneksi asia selvisi.liikaa kielitaidotonta henkilökuntaa hotellissa.sijainti oli hyvä.rantaan n.400m.juna-asemalle 10minuutin kävely.
