Reasonably priced and good location

The hotel was a little dated and shabby but very clean and the staff were lovely. Rooms weren't huge but big enough. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go, easy to walk uptown one day and downtown the next. I'd definitely stay there again.

Nice location near Madison Square Park and walking distance to the subway. The room was clean and the AC was already turned on when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! I felt safe because the hotel key is needed to open the lobby door at night, and also to use the elevator.

I booked this hotel for my mother/daughter trip to NYC (my daughter is a young adult). It was extremely convenient to the subway, which we used exclusively to get everywhere! It was a quick 30 minute ride to LGA on Sunday morning for our departure. The front desk staff was super helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was just the right size. Bathroom was great as well. I would totally stay here again!

Location was great. 5 mins from the train/metro station. Although I found it good, it was a bit dated, but the staff was great. Washrooms were a bit dated as well. The rooms are as the pictures show.

Rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly but were decent, microwave in the lobby was very dirty. Rooms were very small. No fridge in the room and the elevators can take a while at times as there are only 2. Location was good, close to subway stops and in a quiet area. Not a bad stay but not great either.

Staff are the best!

Amazing service staff! They were extremely friendly and proactive in assisting me when I faced difficulties. The rooms may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped, conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there's a supermarket nearby. They clean the rooms daily, and I can also request mineral water in the lobby. It was a delightful accommodation experience beyond my expectations. Thank you to every service staff member.

Could be great

Great location brilliant for any tourists, comfortable beds and could be amazing hotel but cleaning is not great found old food wrappers etc from previous occupants in drawers showing cleaners do not check here also more rubbish in corner of room that was there all week so no proper vacuuming happening. Staff friendliness could also improve
