市の中心部から地下鉄とバスで約1時間かかりましたが、大晦日を含む3泊朝食込みでこの料金なら文句なしです。また、最寄りの地下鉄駅にホテルから無料のシャトルバスサービスがあり大変便利でした。朝食もベーグルやシナモンロール、ヨーグルト、ジュース、フルーツなど充実していて、子供も満足していました。

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Shuttle driver, Ian, was outstanding and instantly available, not just airport service, but local restaurant and shopping drop off. Breakfast was not up to the standards of HIE. Eggs and sausage patties were very overcooked both days; bacon was twisted like a roll with outer parts crisp and inner parts nearly raw. Refrigerated items (yogurt) were warm and questionable. Banana's were as green as the day they were picked. Domestic staff were very nice and welcoming. Good location for lots of NY stuff.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel, for the most part, was pretty good. but the parking was an issue. The hotel charged $20 a day but it was always difficult to find something available whenever we got in late. The elevator door had a problem the last 3 days of our stay there and would bang really loud when opening or closing. Since our room was next to the elevator it would wake us up during the night and early morning hours, which was very annoying. The staff was not able to move us to another room as they said they were completely booked.

Over all it was a good stay, it is somewhat smallest holiday inn express that I ever stayed in. Front desk staff had some attitude and were not very friendly. Despite paying for parking at facility, it gets tricky to find a spot and I had to request the hotel staff to move some cars and waited for 15-20 min to create a spot for me. Our bed sheets were not clean and had to get them changed. Good things is it is located close to freeway and it’s easy to get in and out of hotel.

This property was fine. For the last time Orbitz screwed us over in the booking. We needed two doubles as our son was traveling with us. Orbitz didn’t communicate this to the hotel. We tried to get a room with doubles but were told they were fully booked with none available. There were no cots either so our son slept on the floor. Orbitz has done this to us before si this is the LAST booking we make with them.

From beginning to end was amazing. My family of four stayed there for a total of five nights and it was home away from home. The front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service wad on point. The Manager even was excellent. Breakfast was great. Thumps up to Erica and Jasmine and Nigel and thes rest of those awesome people.

Good value

It was a nice short stay. The hotel room was clean, close to the airport, staff were polite, the shuttle service was great too. A little noisy because you are beside the highway but other than that it was a pleasant stay in a safe area. Recommend staying here esp if you're only looking to sleep for a few nights.

I just wish the shuttle from the airport had been better advertised. It was very disheartening to learn I had taken two ubers for no reason. It made my overall stay less enjoyable.
