Unterkunft gut, hat jedoch verbesserungspotential

Der Aufenthalt für zwei Übernachtungen war okay. Der Empfang dürfte etwas freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Schade, dass für beide Nachtessen (Halbpension) die gleiche Menükarte (ohne irgendwelche Änderungen) präsentiert wurde. Wie wir von anderen Gästen erfahren konnten, wurde auch Tage davor immer die gleiche Karte mit den gleichen drei Menüs aufgelegt.

Un accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée, une bonne surprise avec le surclassement. La chambre était confortable et l'ambiance très calme, le panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée et les montagnes environnantes est très apaisant. Le dîner, avec des produits régionaux, était délicieux et servi par notre hôte avec serviabilité et gentillesse. Un excellent souvenir qui nous fait vraiment recommander cet établissement.

Katastrophe, Leute das war die letzte Absteige, nie wieder. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Die Eingangstür wurde in dieser Woche nicht gereinigt. Im Restaurant sind die Sitzpolster mit groben Schmutzflecken bedeckt. Ebenfalls waren tote Flicken auf den Fensterbänken, sowie auf den Sitzbänken. Im Speisesaal wurden die Tische nie gereinigt, Krümel vom Vortag lagen noch auf den Tischen. Kellner ist inkompetent, laufend fällt Ihm Geschirr aus der Hand. Die Gästezimmer sind nicht sauber, alter Teppichboden, Waschbecken und die Dusche wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nicht gereinigt. Im Kleiderschrank lag mit Urin verschmutzte Decke, ECHT EKELIG !! Abends war der Hund vom Besitzer sogar in der KÜCHE,sowas geht gar nicht !! Beim Frühstück waren die Gipfel verbrannt, wenig Ausahl an Brötchen. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit, sind von anderen Vorbesitzern, GROßE TÄUSCHUNG !!

Das Hotel selbst liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf die Berge. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse, die allerdings selten genutzt wird, weil sie auch nicht einladend hergerichtet ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und waren auch immer gut geputzt und sauber. Dagegen war der Rest eher unordentlich und nicht sauber. Leider entsprechen die Bilder nicht dem tatsächlichen Bild.

Solo una notte...

Hotel con camere essenziali ma nuove e pulitissime . Personale cortese e disponibile. Un piccolo giardino per passare la sera sorseggiando un calice di vino . Piscina piccola ma pulita ,al coperto che si affaccia sul giardino con sedie e sdraio. Cena senza pretese ma tutto buono e colazione con torte fatte in casa, salumi e frutta .

Kurzaufenthalt in Naturns

Es fehlte an Gastfreundschaft. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, da wir den Eindruck hatten zu stören. Nachtessen nur zwischen 18.30 Uhr und 19.30 Uhr. Grund, der Koch wollte um 20 Uhr Feierabend machen. Die Anfrage, ob wir draußen essen können wurde verneint, da bereits indoor aufgedeckt. Nach Reklamation unsererseits wurde das verschmutzte Tischtuch nach 2.5 Tagen gewechselt. Der südtiroler Charm fehlte gänzlich. Zimmer war in Ordnung, obwohl es Schimmel im Badezimmer hatte und die Abdeckung der Lampe fehlte.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Avevamo una stanza che praticamente era una mini suite con due bagni, una matrimoniale e un soggiorno con. Divano tavolino e due poltrone oltre a due armadi e una scrivania. Avevamo in dotazione anche la biancheria per la piscina oltre che per il bagno. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La cena un po' limitata ma cmq accettabile. Consigliato

Kleines reizendes Hotel am Ortsrand, Hanglage. Liebevoll geführt, gelegentlich etwas chaotisch, aber immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Nordbalkon und Blick auf das Kastel. Der Schreibtisch steht ungeschickt, und ist so nur bedingt nutzbar. Aber ein sauberes, gemütliches kleines Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und das Abendessen, welches ich 2x genoss, ein Menu mit mehreren Gängen. Es gibt im Ort auch einige Restaurants und Pizzarien. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Fuß- & Radwanderungen. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich in der Garage des Hotels unterstellen.

Hotel sauber, sehr freundlich empfangen.

Es war ein Kurzurlaub. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, etwas oben am Berg aber eine schöne Aussicht auf Naturns. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Frühstücksbüffet war klein aber völlig ausreichend. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
