The room was very clean and ac was quiet. Staff is sparse but very helpful and nice. The animals were fun to be around. This place still processes coffee beans that are grown on site. Such a wonderful getaway. We enjoyed every minute.

This is the third time I've stayed at the hacienda, but the first time alone. One of my favorite places to stay in the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor of the room was lovely, and the views are amazing. When I visit the hacienda I'm looking foward to walk around the coffe plants, and birdwatch. Definetly would come again.

The suites are incredible. It have a nice balcony with forest views. The property is based in a coffee agriculture and they also have some animals to feed at the area.

My stay at Hacienda Juanita was average. The facility is suitable for those looking to be in contact with nature. The check-in was poor. The lady (Nicole) was unfriendly and did not share any recommendations about the facility or the surrounding area. We could hear noise from the common areas and the kitchen.
