Front desk staff was super nice! Towels were a little old and worn and the area next to the pool was a little sad with 3 round, plywood tables. However, the beds were comfy and it was quiet, so overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel was connected via a skyway to where my meeting was held. Very convenient and safe. Parking was very convenient and easy as well. Room had a microwave and mini fridge which was handy.

It is very run down for the price you charge just because there is a dart tournament next door.

Closed hotel

Worst experience i had, show up for check in and on the door it says hotel is closed for renovation and never was informed at all, left without a hotel called around and everything was booked up

Staff was very accommodating and property was clean. Updates could be made to modernize, but I’m not too picky. Towels at pool were scarce and regular coffee ran out at front desk. Those are my only complaints. Definitely worth the money and such a convenient location! Will stay again!

I wish I had known the restaurant was closed. That was the 2nd main reason in choosing this place. We would have stayed elsewhere. They did provide a sack breakfast, and the staff was very nice. As at all hotels, I wish they would vacuum more under the bed.

Could use some updates.

Older hotel, could use some updates. Hot tub was not filled so that was disappointing but my daughters loved the pool (was not freezing cold like some can be). Room was ok, could be cleaned a bit better. Beds were comfy, we all slept good.

This property is starting to show its age. Elevator didn't work nor did the hot tub. It was a good location to host the 20 adults and children for a winter family gathering.

Loved the convenience to our event center, and the underground part!! The staff were very pleasant! The hotel itself looked a bit old and outdated. There was no complimentary breakfast and the restaurant was not open. The hot tub was Out of Order.

Every year we come down for the beer expo. the hotel has a great location but is in need of updating. used to get a great continental breakfast but the last 2 years we hear the same story that the dining area is getting remodeled cant blame it on COVID any more those restrictions are gone they were last year too. we like the hotel just needs updating

Froendly staff. Clean. Needs updating. Only 1 towel in room. Hot, couldn't adjust heat.
