Perfect family vacation

We were positively surprised by the spacious and luxury house, we didn’t expect such a good spot. The place was lovely and we had great family time there. Everything is friendly. I highly recommend and want to come back again

Favorite place in Europe so far!

Amazing place. Highest quality furnishings, kitchen and hardware. Friendly staff. Awesome family friendly activities right in the resort. Lego exhibition, play areas for small ones, video game center, fire pit, trampolines on the beach, raquetball, volleyball and more. Excellent food at reasonable prices.

Nice... Can be more clear about sports activities.

Hotel is great located on the lake. Clean and friendly stuff. But - stuff almost speak no English. And beware of the additional services which seems to be free by the hotel web site... They are all with additional charges.

Location: Very nicely located on the reservoir. The area brings a lot of nature and peace. Rooms: Very clean, modern rooms. The facility itself invites you to linger for a long time. Beds very good. We slept like gods. Bathroom modern, clean and large. Service: Attentive, competent, helpful staff. The breakfast offering is very good. Allergies (lactose intolerance) are responded to comprehensively. Thank you very much. Communication: WiFi good. Stable bandwidth.

Enjoyed the hotel so much, good breakfast, cleaned rooms, nice views from the window. But they don’t clean walkways at all, it was full of snow and icy. The woman fell and broke her leg in front of us! When we asked the receptionist why the walkways are uncleaned we have received the following answer: “well, you are in mountains” just in front of the woman which was waiting for ambulance with broken leg!

Top Hotel in guter Lage direkt am See. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.Alles sauber und ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet. Viele Freizeitangebote wie Wellness, Indoor und Outdoor Spielplatz, Hallenbad… das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die Anlage liegt direkt am See. In den Ort selbst muss man ca 1-2 gehen. Personal freundlich.
