Terrible customer service

Got our hotel booked via Expedia and we got their we were told ,they'll not allow us check-in unless we pay cash. We were treated like criminals ,even when Expedia called to confirm the hotel is paid they ,they still insisted they'll not honour it .
Stayed 1 night in Apr 2018
