Tres bien

Bel accueil, réceptionniste qui m'a appelé pour me demander a quelle heure nous arriverons rien a dire , chambre propre et spacieuse au rdc . Jacuzzi agréable mais ferme trop tôt 21 h seul bémol. Assez loin du centre ville 15 mn en voiture et pas grand chose autour de l hôtel. Sinon il u a une plage a galets a 5 mn en voiture. refaire

Avoir la même réception et les même services pour un 2 étoiles et un 3 étoiles, cela laisse sur sa faim lorsque le séjour est dans le 3 étoiles

Le 3 étoiles est impeccable !

Très bon hôtel pour qui a besoin d'être proche de sup de co. Il est du coup excentré mais par contre proche de la mer.

La Rochelle Stay-

The hotel was in a convenient location for the Marina. It was easy to get over into main La Rochelle. The hotel itself was ok. The rooms were small but it was all we needed for our 3 day stay. The wifi I the bedrooms were very poor. Unfortunately the bottom seal of the shower was gona and it meant that the shower spilled out onto the floor. I informaed the hotel manager the very first day and she said her husbnd would look at it but as far as I am aware bnothing was done about it and we ended up having to wedge a towel in the gap which menat for a lot of sodden towels through our stay. The wifi was poor and dipped in and out. The spa/Jacuzzi didn't work so we weren't able to use it. When cleaning the rooms they didn't replace the toilet roll. So when we had to go and get some we found that reception was closed. Its not a major thing but its slightly embarrassing having to ask for it when its a simple thing to replace when cleaning the rooms. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the free parking was ideal.. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were just those few things that were annoying

Didn't have right room I booked, blest to sit in foyer for an hour and half, charged for room I booked but didn't get, really disorganised and unhelpful, avoid at all costs plus charged me extra to get the room I already booked rip off merchants

Lovely clean hotel but with difficult checks in.

The hotel was very difficult to find as the postcode doesn't take you to the hotel. This added a good45mins to our journey. In addition Reception closes at 9.30pm and the information on how to extract the key from a keypad was all in French with no English instructions. So after A further 15 mins had to call the emergency telephone number and the owner came to see us. A lovely lady who explained everything to us. That's all the negatives out of the way. Once in the hotel, the room was beautifull, absolutely spotless clean with a comfy bed and a lovely shower room. The breakfast was very good so overall a good stay. Shame about the start.

We stayed here for a 2 night break with our 10 year old grandson & although the family room was clean & tidy it was just not big enough to move in. The reception staff were pleasant, when there, but the breakfast was appalling the worst I've received in a hotel, !!!!

Super hôtel week end romantique

Très bonne surprise que ce petit hotel qui de dehors dans ce quartier ne paye pas de mine! Services au top! Personnel Extra! Très mécontente de ma réservation via Expédia cependant, des pb à l'arrivée, heureusement la réceptionniste c'est chargé de tout gérer!
