Always, a great stay. It is conveniently located for us when we go to concerts. This time we noticed a lot more questionable patrons but we still felt safe.

We traveled to Kansas City because one of our children was gravely ill and had to be transported from Joplin to Kansas City, Mercy Children’s Hospital. The staff was aware of our situation and very accommodating. And as bad as the situation was it was made a little bit better by being able to come back to the hotel and lay down and rest in a nice quiet clean place.

Few things to improve on Exhaust fan for the bathroom need one, stock paper and disposal products for the kitchenette. Maybe folding doors between the 2 bed units. On a positive the saff were great good location.

Got a room with two extra bedrooms. The first one that we went into the extra bedrooms, didn’t have doors on them so I went downstairs to ask if they have the same suite with the doors on the extra bedrooms so we could have the privacy we needed. And they accommodated me. I like this hotel. I would stay here again. Parking is $20 though and $100 deposit.

Beautiful Building

I love staying here! It has all the charm of a historic building, with all the updates for a great stay. Staff is always courteous, and breakfast is always good. I've stayed here several times over the last 2 years.
