A única coisa que pode melhorar é a acústica. Era possível ouvir tudo o que as pessoas dialogavam no quarto ao lado. Fora isso, a pousada é impecável e a equipe extremamente atenciosa.

Estive hospedada na Villa Maeva há alguns anos e a experiência foi excelente. Infelizmente, a qualidade se perdeu. O atendimento é pessimo. Parece que estão fazendo um favor. Na hora do café da manhã, colocam uma quantidade ridicula das coisas e a reposição é pessima. Ainda que exista as opções de tapiocas e ovos, as atendentes ficam conversando na cozinha e precisamos ir até lá para pedir, sendo recebidos com caretas e bufadas. A manutenção parece inexistente... no banheiro, faltaca um pedaço da pia, remendado com gesso. A água quente dependia do horario: bem cedo havia. Final da tarde não. Alias, o lanche da tarde claramente é a sobra do café da manhã. Decepcionada.

Pontos de atenção na comunicação e atendimento.

A pousada é bem localizada, próxima de uma das melhores regiões para turistas, com várias opções de restaurantes e comércios por perto — o que facilita bastante a estadia. O café da manhã é razoável, mas com alguns pontos que podem melhorar. Em alguns dias, notei ausência de frutas e certa demora na reposição dos itens, o que compromete um pouco a experiência. A limpeza foi o ponto que mais me chamou atenção de forma negativa. Encontrei o quarto com mau cheiro na chegada, e durante os dias em que estive hospedado, percebi que o banheiro e o box não passaram por uma limpeza adequada. O atendimento também merece atenção. A pousada oferece um café da tarde como cortesia, o que é um diferencial, mas essa informação não foi comunicada no check-in, e acabei descobrindo por acaso. Seria interessante informar isso aos hóspedes logo na chegada, junto com os horários. Outro detalhe importante que poderia ser melhor explicado é o funcionamento da troca de toalhas e da limpeza diária. Há avisos no quarto com orientações, mas nem todos os hóspedes vão perceber ou entender como funciona. Uma explicação rápida no check-in ajudaria bastante. No geral, a experiência teve pontos positivos, especialmente pela localização, mas acredito que pequenas melhorias na comunicação, limpeza e atendimento podem fazer muita diferença para as próximas hospedagens.

Pousada incrível porém a praia não é muito legal, estava bastante suja por conta do rio e muitos ambulantes abordando o tempo todo. Melhor ter carro alugado e ir nas praias ao redor.

Funcionários atentos e prestativos. Ambiente tranquilo, em frente ao mar, com a calmaria que precisávamos para descansar. Fomos comemorar o aniversário do marido que ainda ganhou chocolate de brinde e parabéns durante o café da manhã.
A barraca da praia traz pedidos e serve na Pousada. Aqui foi o almoço de despedida.
