Les photos de l'hôtel sont trompeuses, nous avons été déçus par le jardin et la piscine qui donnent directement sur la rue sans véritable séparation. Cela rend le lieu peu accueillant. De plus, l'entretien laisse un peu à désirer : le ventilateur du plafond de notre chambre vibrait énormément, et de la poussière tombait en continu du plafond sur notre lit.

Glad we only stayed one night at this little hotel. The girl who checked us in, in the morning was really nice but the rest of the staff didn’t really care about anything. We had no hot water, it took a whole day to get some towels and found roaches in the toilet. The pool was dirty so we wouldn’t recommend this place.

As one gets off the ferry, this hotel is right off to the right less than 100m from pier. It's not close to the island's center / beaches. However, it's a small pueblo and you can walk everywhere to reach the restaurants. The main issue we faced was power outage in the rooms (despite having working electricity on reception area) at 2:30am. Due to heat and mosquitoes, we were no longer able to sleep. Amidst the total darkness, I could see lights on outside of my bedroom window on hotel grounds, so I thought it could be a flipped breaker. I called the emergency number to alert about the power outage as reception closes early. Called multiple times to hear that issue was being taken care off. Long story short and many mosquito bites later, we left at 7:30am on the earliest possible ferry to get away from the heat and mosquitoes. We decided that we could catch a nap in our rental car parked in Chiquilla which had AC which was more comfortable than a night stay at the place.

Tienen 3 hamacas en el jardín cerca de la alberca, muy buena idea pero no todos los días están puestas y por la noche que sopla bastante aire es muy rico estar ahí tomando fresco. De los 3 días que estuve solo 1 día estaban puestas. No me gusto la regadera sale muy poca agua.

I really enjoyed my time here. Literally a minute from the ferry, just under 5 minutes to the main square, plus a mintue or two more to the beach. Considering the price, i found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my room was always clean. There is a little pool, loungers and a small cafe onsite. My room had air conditioning, a TV and mini fridge. I had a few small issues with the toilet. This is by no means a resort but I'd describe it as a simple, clean, friendly motel.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le secteur

La localisation à l’entree Du port contraste de toutes les résidences du centre, plus près des bateaux, plus loin du centre , la piscine et l’environnement sont idéal le ménage est fait tous les jours, seul bémol des cafards en nombre tous les jours

2 minutos do Ferry

Ótima localização, fica a 2 minutos de Ferry, muito bom para quem pega o primeiro no retorno. Quarto muito bom. com frigo bar, e cafeteira com pó de café, chá e açúcar.Piscina muito gostosa.Para chegar na pracinha central leva uns 15 min de caminhada.

Hôtel correct mais attention...

Bon séjour, l’hôtel est situé à 2 pas de l’embarcation du ferry et 10 minutes des plages et centre-ville. Personnel agréable et disponible. Deux points négatifs : - L’isolation très fine, nous entendions la conversation téléphonique de nos voisins a 5h du matin. - l’hôtel donne sur la route et n’est pas fermé, je me suis faite volé ma paire de basket le jour de mon retour. Elles séchaient sur une des chaises d’ému balcon. Attention donc à ne pas laisser traîner vos affaires sans surveillance. En dehors de ces points, le séjour a quand même était très correct.

the room was basic, but enough . the beach was perfect and the breakfast buffet was fenomenal and delicious. I didn't like that they were trying to sell me a special membership.

The hotel was extremely overpriced ( I accept it was New Years and would be more than normal) but it was way too much for the rooms we received. We also had the mix up in that the hotel insisted that we pay 50% before arrival which was not on the terms of our booking and because of this we paid a higher price than we should. WiFi was very poor but I guess that is because of the island location.

Accidentada

Solo estuvimos una noche en este hotel de Holbox. Nada mas sentarnos en la cama esta se partió por la mitad sin que la pudiesen substituir por otra o darnos otra habitación ya que la ocupación del hotel era del 100%. Nos dijeron que al día siguiente la arreglarían, pero nosotros solo íbamos a estar una noche así que.... A cambio debo decir que nos dieron gratuitamente el desayuno y que en ningún momento delegaron su responsabilidad. Es un hotel en una isla y por tanto hay que aceptar que las cosas ahí no son siempre fáciles.
