Along one of the many beaches of Hua Hin, Thailand, sits a tiny peninsula that houses Wat Khao Takiab. Like most temples, a statue of Buddha is displayed in some shape or form. Here the statue is one of a standing Buddha with the palms of both hands upright and facing outwards, called “Repelling the Oceans”.
